- 200 Shots Full Shooting Workout!
Join me as I take you through an intense 200 Makes Shooting Workout For each drill aim for the 2-3 reps OR the 5-10 makes range.
Below is the list of all of the drills we touched upon in the video so use this for reference!
1. Pullup at elbows 1 dribble (5 MAKES ON EACH SIDE)
2. Pullup from wing 2 dribble pullups (5 MAKES ON EACH SIDE)
3. Foul turn on Both Sides (5 MAKES )
4. Right Side of Court (5 MAKES )
5. Baseline Stationary Midrage (5 MAKES )
6. Each stationery from the wings (5 MAKES )
7. Baseline 1 Dribble pull-up (5 MAKES )
8. Wing 1 Dribble pullup (5 MAKES )
9. Cutting wing-to-baseline midrange shots back in forth outside the 3-Point Line Left side of th court. (5 MAKES on each side)
10. Baseline stationary shots 5 makes
11. Wings Stationary 5 MAKES
12. Baseline 1 dribble pullup 5 MAKES
13. Wing 1 dribble pull-up (5 MAKES)
'14 Cutting wing-to-baseline midrange shots back in forth outside the 3 (5 MAKES on each side )
15. Slide to the corner 3s (5 MAKES )
16. Slide 1 Dribble Pullup (5 MAKES )
17. Sprint to corner 3 (5 MAKES )
18. Sprint to the corner and work your way to the wing for a 3 (5 MAKES )
19. Corner 3 Sprint up to the wing (5 MAKES )
20. Pop out to wing and Jab shot at 3 (5 MAKES )
21. Transition 3s (5 MAKES )
22. Shoot Fake slide out right & Left (5 MAKES )
23. Double Between The Legs (5 MAKES )
24. Cutting the top of The Key (5 MAKES )
25. Transition 3s at the top of the key (5 MAKES )
26. Slide to the corner (5 MAKES )
27. Slide up to the wing (5 MAKES )
28. Sprint up to the wings 5 makes
29. Sprint to the wing 3 (5 MAKES )
30. Sprinting baseline to baseline (5 MAKES )
31 Start Baseline handoffs 3 (5 MAKES )
32. Handoff Push out 3s (5 MAKES )

can this be a solo shooting workout without a partner?
@marquisjackson8482 Yes you can. With the 1 Dribble, 2 Dribble pullups after you shoot rebound and go to the opposite side. With the cutting and on-the-move shooting roll the ball out or bounce the ball after you shoot rebound and go to the opposite side
