I just wanted to say thank you for helping me fix my dryer. I followed all of your steps but it took me 2 hours because my son kept stealing my tools and trying to help lol. But you helped me out big time because I’m moving in 2 months and I was in the house about to go crazy

Thank you for the thoroughness of this tutorial! I fixed my dryer but not without a battle with those 2 hidden back screws. What a pain in the nalga. Getting them back in was harder than taking them out. I ended up screwing them back in before the 3 three that go in front of the heating element and I won the fight. Thanks again for being a life saver!!!

Thank you for making an easy to follow video. 25 bucks for parts and 20min of assembly and my dryer should be working again!

Thank you very much for this video. Saved me probably over 100 dollars on a repair technician. Very clear and easy to understand.

I’m a 49 single mom of 3, just fixed my dryer using another video it would not stop tumbling even when off. Now not heating up, looks pretty easy, I’ll let you know how it goes. Thanks for the video because I am not able to get a repair guy to come fix it, this is definitely a save for me.

Felix, you are a life saver. I'm a pretty handy guy but there's no way I would have figured out the sequence of dissambly without your guidance. Once I watched your video I dove right in and sure enough the heating element was bad. You're right about one thing... those two back screws are a pain in the butt. 🤪

Thanks Felix! My wife wanted me to just buy a new dryer. I liked the idea of spending 25.00 instead of 600.00. Fixed it, and it runs great! I was just wondering, where do the other 2 parts in the kit go? I replaced the 2 on the heating element cover. Where do the other 2 go?

Just installed the part. There was an issue. I broke the blue spade connector and got new connectors from a hardware store. After installation I ran the dryer and noticed a burning smell. I think it's the heating coils burning off the oxide. Or could it be the new spade not matching and it's burning the wire?

Update: I had 1 extra screw now show in the video right below the button that he unplugged. It’s the bottom the door hits when you close the dryer.

THANK YOU!!! Your video could not have been more helpful! It's my exact model and problem I had! Using my phone camera on selfie to do the blind screws was sheer genius! That reminds me at this part 12:10, I did the back screws first, otherwise I couldn't get it to fit. THANKS AGAIN!!
