You could boil beetroot and slice it about 1/2 cm thick for a healthier alternative, but the pickled store bought version tastes the best. Place the beetroot on top of the lettuce then lay tomatoe on that. Salt the tomatoe. As a cook yourself, you would be familiar with combining the right foods together and how to correctly stack a sandwich or burger for best flavours. I don't wish to tell you how to do your craft but since you will be adding the beetroot for the first time, the above method is the correct placement for it. Enjoy.
I slice a beet 1/2" thick and cook it in the instant pot for 6 min at pressure, depending on your conditions/preferences you might add another minute or two at pressure, then quick release

Bree, do you know that thanks to your comment I got to check Olga out? I really loved the stuff Olga had on her channel. I agree that Olga and Petra are both lovely young women, but I found their ways of showing affection towards their subscribers quite different. Olga seems to be more of the extrovert type while Petra is more introverted. It would be interesting to see them doing a colab though, but they live kinda far from each other. Don’t get me wrong, I love Petra.

I would also add cucumbers or dill pickles to the burger mix to give it a bit more flavor and kick. Add some hot sauce or sriracha to add some extra heat, or add jalapenos.

Most of my girlfriends are terrified of my razor sharp kitchen knives and won't accept that maintaining a keen edge makes cutting and chopping much safer and easier. If I show them your artistry here, maybe they'll see that a preference for a sharp blade doesn't _have_ to be a male preserve.

I found in 2018 the Doctor told me I have Diabetics so since then I change my eating habits, I think I became a vegan because only eat vegetable fruits and grains ! No meat at all or poultry of sea food ! No more for me ! Now I have my Vlucose lavel in the right place that is why Im looking for the choose to eat healthy food for me ! This looks great--I've already tried two others, which tasted ok, but nothing great and fell apart. (I made a cool dish by putting mashed sweet potato in a ring in a small bowl with the cooked burger pieces in the middle. So pretty, and the grandchildren liked it, I think because it looks so nice.) Just made your burgers and the flavor turned out pretty good! The only think that I didn't like is the texture. For some reason it's mushy but overall delish!
Hey Petra !! Have you ever cooked with a pressure cooker ? Here in Spain people still use pressure cookers a lot. You can save a lot of time and save on your gas bill.

Looks great. Personally, I would add some vital wheat gluten. It would give a more chewy texture, boost the protein content, and make them harder! I will try it!

I eat these types of burgers exclusively. I am vegan. I use oats instead of breadcrumbs and add in rice. Extra nutrition that way. Looks very yummy!

I like to add dry oregano, fresh cilantro, garlic, onions, grated carrots, and fresh peppers and grated celery.
