- HAPPY ALMOST NEW YEAR!!! Inspired by my wanting to have the healthiest year ever I dedicate this weeks Tip Tuesday to hydration!! If I've forgotten to drink enough water & am suffering a headache or bloated feeling, this is my fix! All the vitamins & minerals in this "Spa Detox" water will have you feeling refreshed in a hurry! Plus it tastes great!! (& is not as boring as plain water...which tastes like...well nothing) ; p

Glad to see you sharing this. I saw this on Pinterest a while back and have been doing this ever since. I find that I drink so much more water when I do this then with plan old boring water :)
I love this sassy water, I add grated ginger to mine and just before serving I add some red raspberries, blueberries or any berries on hand! this water tastes AMAZIIIIIIING!
I am not a healthy eater at all but I do love cucumbers. I am really trying to get better at eating healthy this year and this was a great start! Please continue to do detox and healthy tips like this, it is so helpful!!!

I make the same water but I add a tsp of freshly grated ginger. It's supposed to help with the detox as well!

Not really sure that water counts as a "detox", but most people don't drink enough water, so if this gets them to down an extra glass, i'm all for it. Also, no one should be discouraged from drinking tap water -- there's not enough impurities in it to harm you; that wooden spoon is probably worse. I think, too, the plastic issue has been resolved with guidelines on bpas. Bottom line, get people focused on healthy choices, and make them easy and delicious!

I must say that when I first watched your videos like way back i did not like you. I think there was a point I subscribed then unsubscribed. Then one time I stumbled upon your channel again and fell inlove! I love how you to videos thrice as much as other youtubers do and youre always the first to get the newest at the drugstore! Your videos are the ones I look forward for the most. Amazing on how you can change your perspective on a person. You have such a wonderful personality that never fails to make my day.
