I really like that you cover ejaculation in relation to Pelvic Floor Syndrome which I think is glossed over somewhat in other settings perhaps because of it's intimate nature, not that internal massage isn't already intimate. I'm going to check out your other videos. Thank you for the great content!
I have seen a Pelvic Floor Therapist, 2 different ones in fact. One was a lesbian and said she had a hard time relating to her male patients. The other is non-binary. I had to ask what that meant. She is very kind and empathetic, however, I feel we do things over and over and if I have improvement is is short lived. She does internal and massage around the rectum, hip where I have trigger points. I was told by the physiatrist the pelvis is weak which limits my progress with core strength after spine surgeries. She has never touched the genitals even though It feels like I have a groin pull all the time and the base of the penis often gets sore. It feels like I am trying to stop voiding even when I don't mean to be tense.I have nerve issue with the sciatic and pudendal nerve. What should I suggest? Having pain every day.
Does massaging the penis, like you demonstrated, help with a penis that goes very small when flaccid and turtles often? This is embarrassing and uncomfortable. Looking for some help with this. Thanks.

how do you release tension in the belly. Will holding tension in the stomach cause pelvic muscle tension please please reply thank you
It depends...My favorite go-to for belly tension is focused breathing and body awareness activities.
