    Great Practical advice. I meditate and "jellyfish" breath prior to the nurse taking my blood pressure and can always drop it to normal eange❤

    Movement causing swelling causing pain. Pain telling the body is not right. Depending on what happened to cause the issues with the body also needs to be addressed.
