      Thanks for your question. Start with 2-3 second hold and work up to 10 second hold.

      @@gunasekaran5662 Hello, thanks for you comment. Frequent urination can be a very disruptive problem. One thing I would recommended is starting a “bladder diary” to identify how often you are going and if there are any dietary triggers for you.       Then, you can work on bladder retraining strategies. This helps you delay the urge to urinate by activating your pelvic floor muscles. This can lead to less frequent urination.
