  • Yoga for grief is an all levels 60 minute heart and hip opening slow flow. This class was designed to gently target two of the biggest areas of the body that can start to feel tight and stuck when we are processing grief.
    For trauma sensitivity, this class only acknowledges grief at the beginning and at the end so that you can access more presence, tapping into your breath and body for the class.
    For trauma sensitivity, this class is also silent. If music is helpful to you, please feel free to play your own music along to this.
    Grief is nonlinear. Feel free to come back to this class any time you need to. Feedback, so that I can create more classes for this niche is always appreciated.
