2 goals this week: 8K daily steps at least 5x a week, and to *not* back out of my first personal training appointment (again lol 🤠).
Your Sunday uploads have become part of my Sunday lunchtime routine lol. Love it all!
I usually plan my days out by making to do lists and if I don’t complete everything on it, I just write it down again on the next day. I want to start planning my meals like you mentioned.
Also you’re right! Consistency is key! I’ve been sticking to my workout schedule, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep for about a month and a half now and I’ve already lost 14lbs. Not to mention how much better I feel mentally and physically. I can tell I’m getting stronger 💪

Fellow shorty here (4 ft 7.5 in ☺️) This year my fitness goals are to get back to my feel good weight of 115-117 and to increase my flexibility. In the past I haven’t been as consistent as I wanted to be bc life was life-ing lol but so far I’ve managed to stay on track. Good luck on your recomp journey! 🎉

Just noticed while you were doing your hip thrusts, your head moves to look up when you bring your hips up. I used to do the same and my lower back started hurting, the best way to do hip thrusts is to keep looking forward, you will honestly feel the difference in your glutes and legs (while avoiding injury).

taking my health serious this year literally tracking everything on my food plate, only drinking water and increasing protein helps a lot! I can't eat carbs anymore (pcos) which makes it extra hard to keep my carbs down to 50g a day but I'm hanging on. 😅LOVE your videos!!! watching you gives me accountability so thank you sooooo much xoxo❤❤❤

I subscribed to you because you said you were 4’11. I’m 4’11 sitting at 165 rn. Having Pcos makes it a little harder to lose this fat but Yknow what? No excuse’s. I want my body back. Since randomly gaining 30 lbs the last 2 months I’ve been feeling so crappy and it makes me sad everytime I want to go out on a date with my boyfriend and go to put on my cute clothes and can’t fit them anymore. Wearing sweats and baggy shirts these days has been making me feel like a round grape. I’m tiiiired of feeling bad and bloated every single dayyyy! I’m so glad I found this video and you!

We recently moved 12 hours and my fitness routine has been derailed but I made a decision for January 1 to stop having a pity party. My goal this week is to keep at what I started January 1st to recreate my habit and settle back into my discipline.

I have the same issues too girl! I live in a city full of social drinking & eating out constantly! Being strict during the week changes everything for me really 🤗🫶🏾 it helps setting those boundaries M-F!!

What time do you go to bed to get up at 4:45? I notice you rarely "lift heavy" do you feel like it works better for you to stay at consistent weights and maintain it for like months at a time?
I go to bed between 10:00 - 10:30!! And omg great question, I have never been a super heavy lifter! Always lighter weights for me! My diet plays the biggest part in my journey!! 🤗🫶🏾

Where did you get your tea hot water thing from.
It was sent to me from Buydeem last year when I worked with them! I love it!! I can’t make tea any other way now - and I make my tea with it every night now ☺️
I'm currently trying a low carb diet, and it definitely requires planning! I love carbs and having to pick and choose and weigh 😩 I'm currently at my goal weight but having trouble getting rid of belly fat, so this low carb diet is my last resort! Lol
Yessss minimizing the carbs and sugars can definitely help with lower belly. But sometimes it’s genetic as well! Either way you’re BEAUTIFUL!! 🤗🫶🏾🫶🏾

I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with injury!! 😭Don’t focus on the things you can’t do, focus on what you can do! Rest, stretch, cook more and nourish your body properly! Once you’re healed you’ll be ready to hit the gym!! Hoping for a speedy recovery for you🫶🏾
