I just go work, go home, eat, sleep repeat! Today I said im gnna break all that mess up! So I'm doing a mini spa day at home today and this vid popped up @ perfect timing!! It's especially going to be hard going forward bec I lost 3 significant loved ones (2 big bros & my mom) around holiday so I truly hv to lock in and stay the course on keeping on track and looking after myself, it's tough but def doable!!🙌🏾

I love this video! I bought the Lichico walking pad I saw on TikTok for $169 several months ago and it goes to like 8mph so I usually get in a pretty good workout with that (even though I haven't put it that high yet) but I need to stick to a daily routine

Sometimes the winter is depressing because cold dark early but I try to get creative. This is much needed.
