Yeah I cannot stand protein powders. I like using collagen powder in my coffee for a boost of protein. Only a couple of tbsp gives 10g, and it dissolves into nothing and has no taste whatsoever.

My favorite vegan protein powder is be Beam! It’s so good! I’m not a vegan but I love the way it mixes in, the consistency is better than whey for me! And it’s tastes so good!

Yes! As I’m on my fitness journey, I’ve found that these tips are sooo accurate. My fav was self discrepancy! 🤯 NEVER heard the term, but have been guilty of that one for sure esp after having kids 😮💨😩 congrats on 100k!!!! I know I told you already but, I’m just soooo happy for you! 🎉

Vega Sport is a tasty plant based powder! Not sure what makes the “sport” powder different from their other options but it has good texture and taste. Good ingredients as well
I’m on a fitness journey too! I love the clean simple eats vanilla they have a vegan one! I do 1/4 c OJ and then the rest almond milk to make sure that I keep the calories lower and it’s so good
Great video, I am starting on incorporating weights and more protein as well. I have about 10pds to lose and building muscle. This is so inspirational,
SPOT ON with the 'high protein' BS that is currently being marketed for foods that are NOT high in protein AT ALL when you check the nutrition info, drives me mad!!

Also, I feel you 100000% on protein powders however I found that Ambrosia’s Planta protein is an amazing vegan protein that has a wide array of flavours…so good! 🎉
ANOTHER TIP FOR BODY RECOMP: BREAK UP WITH YOUR SCALE! That was my first lesson the scale does not move like when you are trying to just lose fat. It can be discouraging but keep at it!❤

I track my macros but only Monday-Friday because weekends are just busy. It’s the only way I can do it.

Try think! Bars they are so good high in protein low or no sugars. You can’t even tell they are protein bars they taste like candy bars.
