The dark king deserves the A tier in conqueror haki, he answers to nobody since Roger died and does whatever he wants even occasionally picking a fight with admirals
Hell I put him at an S. I see Roger and Roger as Superman and Batman, not Batman and Robin. Rayleigh was the second side of the coin. Roger heads and Rayleigh tails.

I always had the feeling that Roger knew he was destined to predate Luffy. It made me respect Roger as an individual, considering that he chose to own the fact that he would most likely die young and used the time he had to become a legend.
Bro Shanks has to be at least S. He straight up puts the fear into everyone just by showing up and doesn’t even have a devil fruit. He’s basically all Haki to make him that powerful! Plus that’s still getting to his position with his one arm. He has to be S tier even though there isn’t as much to go off of as we would all like

Shanks is an exceptionally powerful fighter and has earned a massive bounty of over 4 billion berries in an extremely short amount of time. Shanks is possibly the strongest Conqueror's Haki user alive in the series. Even when suppressed, his Haki was able to do physical damage to the surroundings.

You know, for devil fruits and conquerors being so rare, it seems like almost everyone has one or both
survivorship bias likely. We dont see the millions and millions of people who try to become strong who just dont have haki and dont happen to get a devil fruit. The reason most people that are powerful in the series have these is because the people with powers above most else are destined to become stronger than most else
After the recent chapter Shanks is in a league of his own when it comes to Conq haki maybe even as strong as Rogers Haki

Jack survived a direct hit from Zunisha, attacks from Fujitora, Sengoku and Tsuru. He got jumped by Neko and Inu in their Suulong forms and healed quickly. When Jack went to Zou he fought them both for days on end with 0 rest time while Inu and Neko took breaks. Not to mention both of them know advanced armament haki, which gives you an insane buff. ( old weak Hyogoro could survive a direct hit from Big Mom while coated with it). So no, Doffy doesn't stand a snow balls chance in hell against Jack.
After this new chapter their should be a new tier for the red head

And that’s not really surprising, Whitebeard who could already fight evenly with Roger, Kaido and Big Mom, who are both around Gaban level, and Xebec himself. They needed Garp, probably to fight off Whitebeard, so Roger could take down Xebec, or vice versa. Gaban and Rayleigh in their primes could have handled Big mom and Kaidou, as we saw Gaban fight evenly with oden, and Rayleigh is stronger than that.

The reasome no haki is being projected is because haki is invisible and oda has officially confirmed this. We started to see haki when luffy did. So as to solidify your former statement, yes shanks in an advanced conqueror's haki user.

My reasons:
•Shanks: Even though i kind of involve my speculation on this one, he is the only Yonko without any DF(Which means his only last resort is his Haki, which made me believe he had the strongest Haoshoku haki out of all yonko). When he came on to WB's ship, he literally damages the ship with only a little bit of his Haoshoku haki.
•Whitebeard: Again, i put in a little speculation on this one. If you put old WB as an A, you gotta give his prime at an S since he doesn't have good control over his Haki past his prime because of his sickness.
•Zoro: Even though Zoro's Haoshoku is overwhelming while he is at Ashura form, he still have a bad control over it.

In recent chapters of manga for Shanks haki
1. He frightened the shit out of Admiral Green Bull from miles away out of Wano in sea
2. He use Roger's famous attack Divine Departure which is a Conqueror infused attack and one shot Kid
3. In film Red he literally gave a hard time to Kizaru & Fujitora to even stand with his haki
4. Writer's also said that he has ability to infuse red flame aura on his sword due to his haki
5. He's known to kill observation haki with his conqueror (only known character to do it)
The guy is a perfect embodiment of using Conqueror's at its fullest what else does it require to be an S tier

You said Shanks having advanced conqueror's would be speculation but we did see him in the silhouettes of people who could damage Kaido, I think that's more than enough proof. His clash with whiteboard is pre timeskip so ofc it's not the best indicator of what kinda haki is being used.
Shanks will be the most advanced Haki user since Roger, you cant judge pre time skip scenes because ... Oda hadnt come up with a good visual effect for Haki clashes yet.
I bet the next time we see Shanks in action, there will be black and red all over the panel, sky splitting inclusive and everything. S +++ for sure

I think Doffy deserves B tier. I mean he literally conquered a kingdom in Dressrosa, albeit in a dramatically manipulative way. I also think the scene where he first displays his conqueror’s haki really showcases his ambition in the face of imminent death.

Being a conqueror means different things to different people . It would also mean they have kingly ambitions. Like zoro he wants to be world's geatest swordsman, which is certainly a kingly ambition and it is like conquering.

Yeah but zoro can use advanced king haki whenever he like when he is using asura tho not knowing what it is. Most of the character below or above him can't even do that for rest of their life.
Also zoro filler king haki display atleast knock few people out whereas kidd couldn't even do that in his king haki filler scene.
