And as we’ve seen, conquerors haki keeps having more and more levels and we all know shanks is arguably the strongest conquerors haki user in the verse

Let us not forget, that Shanks, on multiple occasions has been shown to wield his sword in his left hand, when he fights, EXCEPT after he lost his left arm. Which means, He is left hand dominate, and thus lost a lot of power, when he lost his left arm. The fact Shanks can still split the sky with Whitebeard, which is more a clash of Conqueror's Haki... On top of that, BEFORE Shanks came to the war and ended it, He was in a fight with Kaido, and won that fight, which is why Shanks showed up instead of Kaido... We may never have seen in in manga, or in anime, but it is known that Shanks and Kaido was fighting before Shank's appearance at the war.

I think recent events especially that it is confirmed Ace fought people in Wano changes his power scaling. Honestly, the fact in Marineford his fire was able to equal Aokiji's ice which is cold enough to freeze a sea almost instantly shows Ace's fire is no joke.
And some may say "well what about Akainu's lava burning Ace", Akainu was also equal to Aokiji and if he was just had normal levels of lava heat he'd be frozen by Aokiji in an instant, plus it was more specified that Akainu has the ability to burn fire, there was nothing that said he was hotter.

Garp possibly not having Conquerer’s Haki ties into my theory about why Shanks would be willing to give up his arm for “a new age” in Luffy: Aside from Ace, Luffy was the only person alive at the time that we know of who is both a D. and someone with (at the time, the potential to use) Conqueror’s Haki. If Shanks hadn’t met Ace, then Luffy could well be the first person he encountered with both of those characteristics since the dissolution of the Roger Pirates and the death of good ol’ Gol.

That means for those 2 years all he did was try and master his D.F. No Haki stuff and that made him overdependent on his D.F. Also U know he didn't exactly had to fight ridiculously strong opponents at every turn like Luffy thus capping his growth potential. Luffy became strong becuz he learned his lesson through multiple fights. He had to get creative to best use his D.F and there were times when his D.F didn't do anything against Logia so he just had to learn and master Haki along with his D.F to truly stand at the top. Ace on the other hand had a golden spoon ever since starting his pirate career. First he got one of the most broken D.F in Logia with supreme destructive capability and second he joined W.B which is cool and all but again capped his growth. Also W.B crew wasn't weak. They just seem weak to us becuz they fought near yonko level characters so

I feel like the Mihawk and Whitebeard thing is misunderstood. Whitebeard had the title of the strongest man in the world, a title very similar to Mihawks. Mihawks was like "okay, whats the difference between him and i" He attacks, Jizo blocks it. He was basically like "oh i get it now, his crew is full of powerful people who would die for him. That is what makes him the strongest, thats the difference between him and i" I am almost 100% certain that Mihawk is stronger than whitebeard. I always thought that in the scene where Garp visits Roger in prison they show both use conquerers Haki. Garp turns the candle of and Roger turns it back on. I always thought this was becasue they both had conquerers Haki.
Vergo had powerful haki and mastered control over it which allowed him to cover his whole body with haki. But that was also his weakness, later in OP we learn that haki is not infinite and also stronger haki can pierce through weaker. So when he has been expanding his haki over whole body his haki become weaker than his haki focused in one point. So law just needed to have haki focused in his sword at level high enough to cut through Vergo scattered haki. In the end Vergo under estimated Laws haki because he trashed him many times in past.
More like the full body thing wastes stamina more like in the case of g4 Luffy. Vergo was making sure he could fully defend. This shows he knows how to fight against it but is too weak to do anything against Law's at the time max.
Vergo shouldn't be here he beat Sanji almost 400eps ago so I myself think Sanji got way stronger with the Raid suit + The straw hats get stronger between every arc. So Vergo wasn't even Commander level while Sanji is now fighting Queen who is Commander level.
This whole "commander level" or "Admiral level" Shit just isn't really justified I'm pretty sure some of the commanders would stomp each other into the ground without any hesitation.. Those ranks for sure tell that those people belong to the strongest of their respective groups but it's not really a objective way to tell how strong they are on a larger scale

Something that people tend to forget about how Sanji was defeated by Vergo is that Nami, while in Sanji's body, had roughly messed up his stuff. He was in no condition to fight after that.

Over 5 days even though hes a FISHMAN and he has fire powers Ace easily got overwhelmed by sakazuki while jimbei was able to at least block one of his attacks. that alone proves hes stronger not to mention the other opponents hes beaten especially now in the manga

I know there going to be some arguing but is was stated that Sanji's body got nerfed in chapter 678. I think if he was at full health he could've beaten him. Even now base Sanji is doing well agesnt queen at the moment.
Also you do realise oden with all that power couldn't forge a black blade whereas mihawk did and now he and his sword both has the title of the strongest which neither oden and his sword have.

Because, Mihawk most likely is? Being a better swordsman doesn't make you you more powerful. Mihawk in marineford claimed to be weaker than whitebeard. Shanks has always been portrayed as equal to whitebeard and in the recent databooks, he was confirmed to be exactly as strong as whitebeard (not prime but old and without the sickness and mihawk claimed to be below marineford whitebeard)
If he has near the strength of any of the other 4 emperors, he probably is a decent amount stronger than mihawk. I believe shanks would have a better chance against kaido than mihawk would.

I think Ace was a soft counter to Jimbei since he is a fishman, maybe hes not so good with fire. And I know he blocked sakazuki but that was instinkt. And I would put him above Sanji and Vergo
I always saw it as Ace not being in the best condition during Marineford. Maybe Ace hadn't fully recovered from the battle against Blackbeard. Plus Sakazuki having a superior DF, it feels like everything was stacked against Ace making him look weaker than he should've been

We disagree that Ace is "not that strong" now right? Because as an anime viewer ESPECIALLY after reading Wano in the manga I have a whole new appreciation for Ace's strength (and as a result Jinbei's as well). The way that fight was depicted in the manga was absolutley insane and it made the visual of the power scaling made them both look insanely strong. Especially Ace.
I only got one problem with this list, Nekomuashi and Dogstorm being on the list while Ashura isn't. Neko and Inu are strong with Sulong but I would argue that's the same "Technical Ability" that prevented King Elizabeto from being on the list, while in there base forms they weren't capable taking out Jack in a battle, while Ashura took Jack out with a single swing. Just my personal take on the matter going off of the rules stated at the start of the video.

Which means, He is left hand dominate, and thus lost a lot of power, when he lost his left arm. The fact Shanks can still split the sky with Whitebeard, which is more a clash of Conqueror's Haki... On top of that, BEFORE Shanks came to the war and ended it, He was in a fight with Kaido, and won that fight, which is why Shanks showed up instead of Kaido... We may never have seen in in manga, or in anime, but it is known that Shanks and Kaido was fighting before Shank's appearance at the war.

Honestly, the fact in Marineford his fire was able to equal Aokiji's ice which is cold enough to freeze a sea almost instantly shows Ace's fire is no joke.
And some may say "well what about Akainu's lava burning Ace", Akainu was also equal to Aokiji and if he was just had normal levels of lava heat he'd be frozen by Aokiji in an instant, plus it was more specified that Akainu has the ability to burn fire, there was nothing that said he was hotter.

Garp possibly not having Conquerer’s Haki ties into my theory about why Shanks would be willing to give up his arm for “a new age” in Luffy: Aside from Ace, Luffy was the only person alive at the time that we know of who is both a D. and someone with (at the time, the potential to use) Conqueror’s Haki. If Shanks hadn’t met Ace, then Luffy could well be the first person he encountered with both of those characteristics since the dissolution of the Roger Pirates and the death of good ol’ Gol.

That means for those 2 years all he did was try and master his D.F. No Haki stuff and that made him overdependent on his D.F. Also U know he didn't exactly had to fight ridiculously strong opponents at every turn like Luffy thus capping his growth potential.
Luffy became strong becuz he learned his lesson through multiple fights. He had to get creative to best use his D.F and there were times when his D.F didn't do anything against Logia so he just had to learn and master Haki along with his D.F to truly stand at the top.
Ace on the other hand had a golden spoon ever since starting his pirate career. First he got one of the most broken D.F in Logia with supreme destructive capability and second he joined W.B which is cool and all but again capped his growth.
Also W.B crew wasn't weak. They just seem weak to us becuz they fought near yonko level characters so

These list be crazy to me they will put like 3 or 4 sword-mans ahead of him. People don’t respect his style or status in the story.
Vergo had powerful haki and mastered control over it which allowed him to cover his whole body with haki. But that was also his weakness, later in OP we learn that haki is not infinite and also stronger haki can pierce through weaker. So when he has been expanding his haki over whole body his haki become weaker than his haki focused in one point. So law just needed to have haki focused in his sword at level high enough to cut through Vergo scattered haki. In the end Vergo under estimated Laws haki because he trashed him many times in past.
More like the full body thing wastes stamina more like in the case of g4 Luffy. Vergo was making sure he could fully defend. This shows he knows how to fight against it but is too weak to do anything against Law's at the time max.
Vergo shouldn't be here he beat Sanji almost 400eps ago so I myself think Sanji got way stronger with the Raid suit + The straw hats get stronger between every arc. So Vergo wasn't even Commander level while Sanji is now fighting Queen who is Commander level.
This whole "commander level" or "Admiral level" Shit just isn't really justified
I'm pretty sure some of the commanders would stomp each other into the ground without any hesitation..
Those ranks for sure tell that those people belong to the strongest of their respective groups but it's not really a objective way to tell how strong they are on a larger scale

Because, Mihawk most likely is? Being a better swordsman doesn't make you you more powerful. Mihawk in marineford claimed to be weaker than whitebeard. Shanks has always been portrayed as equal to whitebeard and in the recent databooks, he was confirmed to be exactly as strong as whitebeard (not prime but old and without the sickness and mihawk claimed to be below marineford whitebeard)
If he has near the strength of any of the other 4 emperors, he probably is a decent amount stronger than mihawk. I believe shanks would have a better chance against kaido than mihawk would.

I think Ace was a soft counter to Jimbei since he is a fishman, maybe hes not so good with fire. And I know he blocked sakazuki but that was instinkt. And I would put him above Sanji and Vergo

We disagree that Ace is "not that strong" now right? Because as an anime viewer ESPECIALLY after reading Wano in the manga I have a whole new appreciation for Ace's strength (and as a result Jinbei's as well). The way that fight was depicted in the manga was absolutley insane and it made the visual of the power scaling made them both look insanely strong. Especially Ace.
I only got one problem with this list, Nekomuashi and Dogstorm being on the list while Ashura isn't. Neko and Inu are strong with Sulong but I would argue that's the same "Technical Ability" that prevented King Elizabeto from being on the list, while in there base forms they weren't capable taking out Jack in a battle, while Ashura took Jack out with a single swing.
