Mihawk for me definitely has conquerors haki. His goal in his youth was to be the strongest swordsman in the world. He was a rival of Shanks. He needed conquerors haki to maneuver through his ambitions and the enemies he would have had to face along the way. I mean, he has a black blade. Just because he has been content to sit in his castle and wait for the next major conflict doesnt mean he wouldnt have conquerors haki.

Mihawk definitely has it imo. He had legendary battles with shanks who has it. Zoro just got advanced conquerors so it really makes no sense if mihawk doesn’t have it. Not to mention other top tier swordsman like roger, Rayleigh and oden has this ability as well.

Kaido's words make so much sense considering that roger didn't have a devil fruit and yet he still conquered the seas and became the pirate king..all of that thanks to haki and conquers haki...All the characters that are currently alive and have conquers haki are monsters in their own way and this conquers haki power really sets them apart from others

I mean we are approaching the end game, this is the new world and all the major powers of the world are starting to make their moves and clashing with one another, basic conquerors should be getting more and more common now and it would make perfect sense that people with conqueror's potential are finally starting to awaken given that haki blooms when in life or death situations against other powerful haki users

Sengoku is the only confirmed user, but I think Garp uses it also. He was Roger’s rival. And you couldn’t just go up against Roger if your Haki wasn’t up to par.. which was demonstrated when Roger easily sent Oden flying with one strike. So I think Garp was a user as well. All of Garp’s opponents used it for the most part and he’s emerged victorious or held his own. I think Garp’s Haki is on a whole nother level than we’ve been showed, but his feats let us know the deal.
Mihawk definitely has conquerors haki. He’s just already reached his goal or fulfilled his ambitions. Like how Zoro has it and is still pursing that goal or trying to “conquer” the world of swordsmen that Mihawk already rules.
Mihawk probably just has no use for it now since no one comes close to him and he doesn’t want to rule anything.
Also in chapter 33 if im not mistaken, The swordsmith says that in order to tame a sword a swordman has to bend their will (tame=makin a sword a Kokuto) (bend their will=use Conqueror haki to tame them)

When he was first mentioned it was said tht he took down a fleet of 50 ships without doing anything (if I'm right) but his sword was t that big to cut through 50 ships at once so it was prolly his haki makes sense to me at least

For everyone saying Garp has conqueror's 1. it was confirmed in the databooks that the only confimed marine to have conqueror's haki is Sengoku. 2. Garp doesn't have the ambition. Everyone that has conqueror's haki wants to be at the top. Garp was fine with staying Vice Admiral for more than 20 years. People think strength=conqueror's haki which is not true.

Also, all pirates (from what I know) that had conqueror's haki and were not captains, served under someone with conqueror's haki like Zoro under Luffy and Rayleigh under Roger. Garp is under the Admirals who do not have conqueror's haki.

19 conqueror's haki users out of 1000+ characters in One Piece is what makes it so rare. Within that select few, only a few can use advanced conqueror's haki.
And most of them are from different corners of the world.

You're born with conqueror's so it may have developed due to her will to want to be free. Where as armament has less to do with will and more with physical training is my guess.

from what i see of the conquerors haki users, they are the ones who dont back down on fights and are the ones that will stupidly run in head first into fights. we’ve seen luffy go into action with no plan during marineford and never really backed down until his observation haki sprung into action and told him he was gonna get his armed chopped off if he fought with mihawk any longer. we also saw zoro pushing himself to the limits to cut kuma while he was really injured. Kidd also showed up with it because he went through the new world and tried to take out the yonkos like shanks and kaido without backkng down. for now, i dont believe blackbeard can have conquerors haki because of the fact that he pussied out and retreated when he heard that akainu was gonna come, he will fight dirty and will retreat compared to the confirmed conquerors haki users.

I kinda don’t agree with Garp not having it for the reasons outlined, he definitely inspires those marines under him and he’s known as a hero to both pirates, marines and civilians. I mean, look at Marineford after Ace died. All the monsters on that battlefield and Sengoku’s priority was throwing himself on top of Garp to protect Akainu. His aspirations are to be a strong marine but he hates the politics surrounding it. He stands on his own and everybody respects that about him, even Gol D Roger. Not only that, I get the feeling if he wasn’t anything less than a Conquerer Haki user, he probably would have been executed already, especially under Fleet Admiral Sakazuki.

Some people doubted what Rayleigh once said that only one in a million people are born with the ability to develop kings haki. 19 people we know thus far, maybe there are dozens more. Atleast they should appear in the storyline later, because anyone with this haki has to be someone who will make an impact around the world, which makes them relevant for the story for less or more. Nonetheless what Rayleigh said is approximately true. I can imagine one piece world having a population of +20 billion. But since we got to know those haki users in a quick succession, alot of people have the impression, that kings haki aint that rare. Impression in one thing but facts and numbers speaks for it.

Honestly Mihawk most definitely has to have conqueror's Haki because if Zoro has it and can use it to coat his sword and Mihawk is the man he wants to beat it only makes sense Mihawk would have it and more. He used to casually spar with Shanks and after he lost his arm Mihawk didn't see him as a rival anymore. If Shanks split the sky with WB and we've now seen how much it takes to actually pull that feat with Luffy vs Kaido that only stands to reason Mihawk has conqueror's and is essentially a more crazy strong version of Zoro. Also Oden also most definitely has conqueror's coating it would be the only way he could actually scar Kaido (and possibly probably beat him if he wasn't cheated out in the battle)

It would be cool for sanji to have it but I don’t know if that would be right. Sanji has a dream not of becoming the strongest but just to see the all blue and while he is the only straw hat that is actually royalty I feel like he just wouldn’t have it. The way everyone's moral went up when Grap join the war shows how much people look up to him. He may even be the person who created the secret marine group sword or inherited a leadership position as he is known for hating the celestial dragons. A black blade probably requires constant conquerors Haki so Mihawk basically definitely has it as he’s has “World’s Strongest” title. You said he doesn’t have an ambition or anything to strive for but he did before he reached his peak.

I actually kinds liked Don Chinjao. He wasn't a perfect character by any means and his motivation was about as shallow as a puddle in Alabasta, but his fight with Luffy was awesome in my book.

Mihawk is the only living swordsman who wields a black blade hence by default he is given the title as the strongest sword wielding man. The only other black blade to show is Ryouma from wano who has long passed, to create a black blade requires the person to have conquerors haki infused to the point it is black permanently and requires a lot of use in haki and through battle. note that even roger, shanks, oden, whitebeard does not possess a black blade.

I think Koby has conqueror's, his goal and drive is to 'conquer' the Marines and become fleet admiral and change the Marines for the better. Plus I see Koby to Luffy what Garp was too Roger

There's a bunch you missed haki wasn't really introduced or explained until the war after that evebody had some sort of haki. conqueror's haki is probably going to be a everyday thing from now on Garp and Hawkeye definitely have it I'm sure Garp is stronger than sengoku but I bet a bunch of people have it and kiado was mad when he saw Luffy use it he said we don't need that many kings

Don’t really think this hiatus is really a break for Oda. This might just be QC to address all the unanswered questions and plot lines and how to incorporate them seamlessly into the story

Luffy being a conquerer that doesn’t want to conquer reminds me of teen wolf with Scott being a true alpha because he never had to take/steal his power he gained it on his own merit alone, so Luffy maybe he something like a true conquer
