An idea.... what about making just the larger sized gizmo, with 3 cutting slots for different lengths? Another idea, what about making it so the inside end of the plastic tubing is smaller. ( maybe with sort of a "washer" made with a piece from a container lid, taped to the end) This way, the hair goes into a smaller area, perhaps making it easier to catch it all with the scissors? (I am an inventor with patents and about 25 inventions, and I love your ingenuity. Good job.)
Hello dear! Could you please paraphrase or re-explain your second idea ? I don't understand it very well to which tubing you are referring to. Thanks in advance :)
will probably need a taller tub coz clipper head will take up a little space, & clipper head will need to be near hoover nozzle to be effective, so either 2 holes real close together or one wider hole for both (they'd need to be bound together and unable to move up or down = trickiest part to do... but i will def be experimenting!
Yes it would be. A 2 inch guard will cut the top just nice. A 1 inch or 1/2 inch on the back and sides and my haircuts are done in 5 mins with a set of clippers.
At $150--$300 for commercial models, free DIY is great! Best part: using good quality hair shears is so much better than funky blades. Trimmers are not an option for anything over 2"--I looked! I love using what I have instead of buying more stuff.
👍 This is a really neat idea and it looks simple to use. The science behind it is pretty crafty. Definitely bringing back 80s childhood memories with this one lol 😆. (The OG Flowbee) I'd like to know what store he went to buy free tools, hosing, box cutter, vacuum, scissors, crackers, and dip from to do this zero dollar haircut..... 🤔
If you have an electric haircutter, why are you using scissors? Attaching the electric thing might have been a little harder, but cutting your hair would be much simpler.
LIES!! He clearly got an actual haircut or cut it more off camera. The Final Cut with the vacuum thing was way longer than the part where he’s using the clippers.
You're a very clever guy. I enjoyed watching every second of this.
Brother, as a 32-year Flowbee user, when I saw this, I was dyin' and I ain't lyin'. A brilliant Vac & Scissor hack!

This man...I say it today to the world...is a genius!
Since unjabed people are not allowed to go to the barber anymore this is a very good solution!
That is brilliant. Thanks for the idea.
Nice job dude! Love to see your ingenuity.
When all the Flowbees are sold out!
I love your approach and style………
Ingenious MacGyver!
Thank you so much for making this video. Your hair looks great! Is there a way to make one with clippers?
Yes. Kind of like a flowbee I would imagine

😂😂😂...amazing! Brilliant idea!
Brilliant - very impressive.
A true engineering genius!
Now, that's a Mona Lisa!
A true cheapskate legend Sir 🤜💥🤛
Ingenious!
Well, you're a smart guy. Looks good
Take that Flowbee!! Lol.
Amazing!!
You sir just gave me an idea
Wouldn't it be just easier to use hair clippers. With the guards on them? This is awesome idea though.
Yes it would be. A 2 inch guard will cut the top just nice. A 1 inch or 1/2 inch on the back and sides and my haircuts are done in 5 mins with a set of clippers.
A poor version of a Flowbee. Save yourself the trouble.
😀 LUV IT !
☆ thanks ☆
Brilliant
I thought this was going to be like an episode of Mr. Bean.
Me too! But it turned out ok :)

Awesome!
Next step - do it on a foil! :D
Why don't use an hair trimmer'??
Smart Ideal!
Uhhh... thought about Shark Tank? A lot cheaper than a flowbee.
This is a révolution !
This is better than the Flowbee cut!
Why Crazy Kennth Copeland for the music ?
Brilliant 😌
Genius🤣
And no cleanup ! good one

Well Done!
Flowbee dyi

Patent it!
tell the truth - you still using it?
I can see all the normies trying to make one of these at home after watching this video.
Lose the music
