  • Check out this coconut cream bun recipe, from our family to yours!
    Growing up in Chinatown, we used to get coconut cream buns every Sunday after having dim sum; so this recipe is really close to home for us! This bun recipe was passed down to us from Aunt May and brings us back to our childhood memories with our family. Now, we’re sharing it with you! It’s the perfect snack when hosting parties, given as a gift or just for your own personal enjoyment (which we’re definitely guilty of).
    We think it’s so important to know what is going into your food, just as it’s important to know what is going into your beauty products. That’s why we’re working with Hair Food, whose hair care line actually uses some of the same natural ingredients found in today’s recipe. Hair Food seeks to feed your hair like you feed your body, which is why they focus on creating nourishing, healthy hair products. Hair Food is great for treating colored hair but unlike many other harsher products we’ve tried, it includes no dye, parabens, or sulfates, so you can get all the functionality without the chemicals. You can find the Hair Food Coconut Milk & Chai Spice collection on Amazon or check the link below for their full product line!

    Can you use all purpose flour or cake flour instead of bread flour?

    • @nom_life
      @nom_life  3 роки тому

      Yes! They will be slightly less puffy / bouncy, but AP flour still works fine! :)
