- INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• 250g bread flour 高筋面粉
• 2g salt 盐
• 130g milk 牛奶
• 3g yeast 酵母
• 50g sugar 糖
• 40g unsalted butler room temperature 无盐室温牛油
• 1 egg 鸡蛋
Frosting:
• 100g unsalted butler room temperature 无盐室温牛油
• 75g whipping cream room temperature 室温鲜奶油
• 25g powdered sugar 糖粉
Topping:
• Any syrup or melted butter 任何的糖浆或溶化牛油
• Shredded coconut 椰丝
Bake at 350°F for 10-12min
175°C 烤10-12分钟
