Hi just started to make these as they look so good. Hopefully turns out ok. Lol
Cream buns actually originated in Hong Kong. That’s my understanding anywho. I’m going to try and make them tomorrow. I have such horrible luck using yeast. I made homemade croissants the other day. Homemade butter too. Made the French way. Took 3 days. I proofed them they didn’t rise much, hardly at all. Baked them they looked great, just flat. The ends tasted soooo gooood! I think I forgot to use warm milk and water to activate the yeast! What a dumb thing to do! 3 days all the folders ect wasted! 😭😭 but I’m stubborn and will try again. 🤔
What kind of yeast did you use? Active yeast? Is there a specific type to use?
Insane yum
Thanks can I make it without eggs
