Had one new bought it for a laugh, lasted almost 30 shots before the barrel release lever broke and I bought a HW97K instead, best use for B2 use it for cricket bat.
Coke tin at 15 metres, thats about the consistent grouping of the B2 when you concentrate, use artilliery hold, and breath correctly then squeeze the trigger and hope for the bl@@dy best (bombs away), as you already knew 😁. That was a brilliant wind up, awesome video, and had me going until the very end. . . I'm such a sponge! What an absolute twit am I !!!
Lot of people buy a pcp and it's sold within the year at our range, springer people tend to stick with it for life, but then they can shoot real air rifles...
@@michaelbritain5546 I've had my pcp's for going on eight years. I'm hooked for life on them. To each is own. But there's a reason springers are in a separate class in Field Target as well as Benchrest. I'll let you guess which has the higher scores.
You had me going there for a while. I genuinely thought. He’s doing standing shots with B2 I was left a B2 by a friend of my dads. It’s a truly shocking thing but it does seem to shot straight- ish. I can’t believe how many gun collectors actually own one. But to be fair shooting PCP s bore’s the shit out of me. Was that thing you held up some kind of guitar. Nice one.
@@joaorebochooaw6321 I have followed Tom Gaylord’s writing for over a decade. To get the most out of a springer’s accuracy he uses the “artillery hold” allowing the rifle to free recoil. The top competition score are held by PCP rifles. I’m primarily a powder burner. The PCP allows me to use the same techniques I use for my other rifles. PCP rifles can be repeaters. To me PCP is hands down a superior technology to the springer regardless of price point.
Funny & you fooled us. I couldn't see the point of this thread. I was hoping you were going to show us how bad or good this rifle was, at least toward the end of your confession. PCPs are great, but I find them very boring to shoot; there's no feedback, challenge or exhilaration. I now only have a springer Comets 300 rifle, springer Weihrauch hw45 pistol & a CO2 Colt 357 (for it being a replica). I do find CO2s boring, accept the blowbacks. Sadly the blowbacks tend to be very inaccurate due to poor fixed sights, but saying that the replica range is vast & it can be nice for some, to plink away at cans with an old wild west style Peace Maker or whatever replica you like. I personally think, if you learn to shoot very accurately with a springer, you will be able to shoot with any PCP, but not necessarily the other way around. Bless
