Ok so question. I have who I assume to be wholesalers reaching out to me about my property that I’m renting out. The property is nice with no tax liens or anything wrong with it and I’m not distressed at all. Why would a wholesaler target me? Great video by the way.
How do you market to motivated sellers today? These days (in my market) investors are running tv. ads for buying properties. Is sending letters or postcards still valid in today's marketing campaigns? June 2024
