This episode touched my heart. ❤ it is because Ron Legrand I started in real estate in 1998. I flew into Jax to his seminar. This was pre internet and online learning. I couldn't afford a hotel so I slept in the rental car. I was DETERMINED to learn everything about real estate. I understand creative financing because of Ron teaching in Real Estate and other businesses. . I bought my first house in 1999. I do lease option anytime i can. 💯Thank you for recognizing a great one in the business.‼️

How would I go about getting my tenant buyer to eventually qualify for a loan big enough to pay the ballon payment?
Work with mortgage brokers in the area. And credit repairs specialists if needed.

Hey Jamel! I enjoyed this video. Can you do a follow-up and include a case study of how to get leads for these deals from a few off-market vehicles like FB, Craigslist, FSBO, and online marketing etc., also include how to use the strategy /scripts of having the seller in turn sell you the property with no deposit. I'm still a little confused about where the motivation is from the seller's stand point; why would they sell without motivation?? To be clear this strategy is done thru a trust that's why there's no down pmt and no closing cost and its being recorded in the trust so is the recording done at the end of the year with the CPA or right away?
