I've been having migraines/headaches/neck/throat pains and insomnia for about 2yrs now, gone to many hospitals with no solution, I decided to buy 3 different types of magnesium (L-Th, citrate and Glyincate ) have been taking them for like a month plus now with no single effects on my symptoms, still in pains😢😢
@@skybabe2375 I was taking magnesium + zinc. In the package, 300 mg of magnesium and 15 mg of zinc dissolved in water with the taste of manga.. Here in Algeria, all doctors advise us about it. It is good. Made in Belgium.

@@skybabe2375hello. The 3 forms of magnesium you mentioned are the 3 best forms of magnesium. If it does not help, best thing to do is to take vitamin defiency test in a medical laboratory..

Wow, this is one of the best magnesium presentations on UA-cam. I have, I mean I have every single symptom although I was taking a small amount of magnesium citrate, I eat all the good foods including an avocado a day but who knows what's in the soil.
I've been losing a ton of weight and my doctor can't figure it out, until he took a serum and urine sample and my cortisol levels are through the roof.
I just picked up some magnesium glycinate, and started taking it. Although it makes me feel a little loopy, I slept pretty well the last couple of nights. I hope that you are connected and I hope this does the trick this does the trick. Thanks again!

I had bad muscle cramp pain in my thighs until I added a magnesium supplement. I thought it was potassium at first but the pain still was there. As soon as I added magnesium the pain in my thighs stopped.

For the past month I was developing heart racing and missing beats, I have severe anxiety, tight muscles and digestive problems. I am using a combination of Magnesium Citrate and glycinate (50/50) per capsule 300 mg a day. Most of these symptoms seem to have almost abated. I am still trial and erroring to get the best amount but yeah definitely some positive results here!
You need 400-600 mg per day and best taken at bedtime because many of the side effects you are treating rear their ugly heads when we are trying to sleep.
That may be a general standard figure but not quite true in my case. I seem to be doing fine with what I am taking.@@ResinEssenceByCheri

I broke my ankle in August. I was standing on porch and had a really bad muscle spasm which knocked my knees out from under me. I went straight down and bam my fibula snapped in two. Come to find out I was critically low on magnesium

I was taking magnesium capsule sbt I have low stomach acid so I take REMAG liquid now which goes right into the cells. Great product.
Can vitamin deficiencies be caused by taking a diuretic? I,ve been on one, basically continuously, for nearly 50 years! I still have high bp, take 5 bp pills daily, just diag. with hypothyroidism as well. I am excruciatingly tired all the time! I,m in my early 70,s. Please advise!
Yes! You can be deficient in potassium and magnesium. Both are important for heart and mental health

Question; what does it mean when I have vertical lines on my nails?
It means the malabsorption of nutrients. These include vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids etc. The deeper the lines the more severe the deficiency.

I’ve tried different Magnesium subelements and found with any of them. If I take Magnesium in the evening or before I go to bed, I have a hard time falling asleep and a terrible sleep. I have no problem with Magnesium if I take it earlier in the day.

From what I understand, magnesium oxide is not *absorbed* into the body as well as other forms. I think this is what he was referring to.

Thanks a lot for your good advice. and more knowledge about benefits of MAGNESIUM in detalis. I think that I have eaten green vegetables and fruits, plenty of agnesium, specially AVOCADO daily. I walk at least 4 k.m (30 minutes) a day. Hope that I will get longivity at least 80 years in future.

When I take Magnesium (doesn't matter which form) I get extremely tired and become shortness of breath. When I take it I can sleep 10 hours and even after that I feel extremely tired.
When I don't take it I wake up several times with a very fast heartrate and sweating.
What could be the reason I have problems with Magnesium?
My Creatinin and Cystatin C is normal.
You aren't having problems with Magnesium, you are deficient.
When you start taking Mg, your body relaxes in many ways...muscles and blood vessels and nerves, etc.
This is why you're sleeping so much.
And you've been deficient for a long time, so you remain tired.

Search for other deficiencies and address those also!
It took time to get deficient in things, it will take time and diligence to restore!!

What if you have magnesium deficiency symptoms but your magnesium blood level is normal?
Not an expert but one other video said that your body will always pull magnesium into the blood because it needs it for your heart to beat. That means that if your blood test comes back low you are already half dead.
I just read somewhere that the tests are not accurate and that you have to be super low for it to show up. So just eat more green leafy vegetables for a few days and see if you feel better. 🤷
did you have a regular magnesium test or an RBC test? apparently the magnesium RBC test is a more accurate gauge of whether or not you're deficient

@@teragram8006 I just watched another vidéo that mentions the difficulty of accurate measurement of beneficial magnesium levels. I'd say one would have to stay on a regular, conscientious consumption of magnesium rich foods or the adequate supplements until the replenishment in cells actually matches levels in blood tests.
Need l to say,that every good producer uses very good magnesium fertilizers acording to the needs of the pkats , so they produce well !!!

It seems more likely that a LACK of magnesium is a cause of heart attack, since a lack of magnesium causes muscle cramps, and heart attack is basically a cramp in the heart muscle.
