I actually really like the idea of the black pearl just being controlled remotely by imu especially since we've already seen them attack just using a map so maybe they could just draw routes for the black pearl to take and it's essentially just a ghost ship that is difficult to approach and the man with the burn scar either knows where the ship may stop at times or what routes imu usually draws to keep it hidden

Haven't watched the video yet, but It's definitely Saul. He has ice burns. He worked for the government and when blackbeard and Aokiji were talking about the last poneglyph, Aokiji said there wasn't one at Ohara and instead mentioned a giant and a little girl, clearly hinting at Saul being the one who took it.

Saul was in a massive explosion of Fire... Kuzan coated him in Ice, which saved him. Doesnt completely stop a massive explosion of Fire. Its kinda shocking so many people would contribute his burns instead to ice. Which would be possible sure, Ice burns. But more so he was in a massive explosion of fire.
Nope the kuzan joke really tells that man masked with fire is not someone who is burned but more like someone has a brand and called that its classic oda foreshadowing.

The IMU's water control in One Piece is so powerful that only Luffy can turn the water into something else, rivaling the power of the Endboss. That's why IMU wants Luffy eliminated as soon as possible.
I like the idea that Scopper is waiting on Lodestar. It brings together the whole thing about Roger's top men waiting at the points that everyone must cross while going through the Grand Line. Crocus at Reverse Mountain, Rayleigh at Sabaody, and Scopper at Lodestar. The three points that, no matter what path they take, every aspiring Pirate King has to go through.
Dragon is a cool call, but he sets up bases. He's not always on the move, and Blackbeard would've gotten #4 while raiding the first base we see the revolutionaries staying in Post-Dressrosa.
Imu is an interesting but "eh" take for me. I don't like the idea that the king of the world is actually going around the sea carrying a poneglyph.
Saul is the most likely, but the whirlpools make me think it's someone that we haven't seen yet. Or maybe something we have seen and aren't connecting.
What if the "black ship" is an island whale? What if the whirlpools are caused by its pod stirring up waters? This could be the point where Reverse Mountain truly comes full-circle. No idea who Captain Jack would be, but an all-black island whale would certainly match the description of the ship at the least.
Scopper gaban has one of my favorite design so I hope it’s him but it would make sense roger inspired a whole generation Rayleigh and scopper would make sense to be safe guards to there captains main goal and motivation plus roger heavy hitters gotta be up there

The man with the red marks is an Ohara scientist that saved Saul from the sea of fire thanks to his whirlpool DF powers. He travelled the New World to collect Void Century materials that he brought to his partner Saul who is in charge of protecting the hidden "Elbaf Library" where the final Road Poneglyph is also located. He was the key that Shanks used after Wano to locate the Elbaf Library and Shanks recruited him to find the One Piece (he needs someone to read Poneglyphs). SH will find the Elbaf Library thanks to Vegapunk who will help them locate alternative man Saul.

Vander decken and sea kings and sea beasts. We saw fishmen(arlong pirates), creating whirlpools by moving stones along the sea floor who said they could conquer the world with nami's accurate maps and manipulating sea currents so sink ships.

My theory is that the Black Ship is the Going Merry, with its hulk burned black from its funeral. It has been reborn as the Black Sheep: the Going Scary. We have already seen that the Going Merry has ocean manipulation powers as it miraculously appeared for the crew at the end of Enies Lobby. I theorize that it was revived by Big Mom, who can animate inanimate objects to serve her will. She encountered the Going Merry at the bottom of the ocean when she emerged from the mantle, and sought revenge on the Straw Hats by turning one of their own, while simultaneously securing her second road poneglyph.

I saw a comment somewhere and it said that we might see scopper or just another member of the Roger pirates towards then end of the grand line because we meet one in the beginning and in the middle and we know how oda loves patterns and parallels in his story so I’m thinking it’s probably scopper.
He could be one of the lesser known Rocks members. Maybe its Wang Zhi or Silver Axe. It would be a good opportunity to rope in old legends into the story. Maybe he is the lurking legend we never heard about. lol
It's not gonna be Wang zhi because he was former boss of Fullead island just two years ago. I think Silver axe is a great guess tho because Oda is mentioning Rocks pirates recently with miss bakkin.

Some people speculated that the egg might be uranus which most likely has something to do with the weather. It could make sense considering poseidon wasn't born already in roger's time, maybe the same applied to uranus

When The crew entered Wano on Eps. 891 (Anime Series) they immediately left the natural Blue water of the Ocean and the color itself of the water changed... Wano was surrounded by "Unatural Waves and Weather" as mentioned by Nami. Not only that, but the man Luffy was in the Ocean... Holding on the back of the Carp... and he didnt lose his abilities. he simply jumped back on the boat... covered in Water...Than he wakes on the Beach after him and the Sunny sank in a Whirlpool... With his Vivre card missing but everything else in fine?
I think the water around Wano and the Man with the Burn Scars, Black Ship, and Deadly Whirlpools are all connected...and gives evidence to a Water Type Devil Fruit...
p.s. I also think the Octopus with the Headband has something to do with the Man with Burn Scars, 😆, Its like it lead Luffy purposely to the waterfall and made sure he went in it.

Lol I've been binge watching Pirates of the Caribbean lately and I noticed a ton of similarities in both the movies and OP show. I'm excited to see where Oda takes this and possibly use Sparrow or Barbosa as the guy with the burn marks and black ship. Hell Oda could fricken use Gibbs as the guy and it would be awesome.
I believe Roger's pirate have important mission to setup the big war for end game (like the prophecy roger talking about)..
1. Shanks's job to find this figure that represent joyboy in east blue
2. Dr. Crocus wait on red line gate (the only way to grand line) to guide them to actual journey by giving them necessary knowledge about log pose..
(Waiting here guaranteed him to meet this joyboy figure)
3. Rayleigh wait on sabaody (again THE ONLY WAY to go to New world.. waiting here guaranteed him to meet this person) and his task to train this joyboy figure about important thing in battle "haki".. note when Rayleigh cry when luffy's departure people may think that he cry cuz he sees roger in luffy.. but for me its not only that... but he sees that the prophecy and the DREAM that he and roger cannot archive is finally came and that prophecy is a real thing not just a sweet wish..

Commander in Chief, Kong has the final poneglyph but is keeping it hidden from even the WG. He was the former fleet admiral before Sengoku and we dont know how active Kong was back in his prime or what secrets he is privy to

I like the Idea of Fisher Tiger somehow being the person. He was the best fishman fighter and could cause whirlpools. And all black ship because hes in hiding. Also him being a fishman he could've know of the poneglifs existence on fishman island and moved it for some reason. Maybe he made this decision after he found something out when freeing the slaves on the holy land
