Imu is the one that makes the most sense to me. Joyboy, the previous sun god, failed to stop him. Rocks, Roger's greatest foe, wanted to be like Imu and failed. And Roger, the man that supposedly achieved and had everything the world had to offer, also couldnt take down Imu because it was too early. Out of the villains in the entire story, Imu is the one that already won, the only other that you could try to make a similar argument for is Enel and we all know how he parallels Imu in a lot of ways. BB and Shanks are powerful and have good arguments for being the final fights but their defeats arent even close to as cathartic as Imu's, bringing him downi s what the world has been waiting for 900 years, so I cant see a squabble between pirates, something we have seen in almost every arc already, taking precedence over it

We all know that blackbeard and Luffy have a ton of parallels with them believing in their dreams to an excessive extent, the darkness and sun god fruits, and their intertwining fates always crossing paths with each other so I think it would be insane that Blackbeard himself takes out the "old" king of the world in imu and replaces him as the king of the world which would put a lot of pressure on the world and luffy since now bb is threatening not only his friends but also everyone's freedom. Here i am the guy that remembers the importance of luffy beating Akainu. People may forget, but Akainu has great reason to be one of those guys two. He gave luffy his greatest physical and emotional scar. He killed ace. He is the one Oda said has the most destructive force. Hell i even feel it mighty symbolic that both Yonko that were defeated in Wano fell into Lava. Every time Akainu is on screen people are either dying or gravely injured. An enraged Akainu is a man that might just require a team up.
I still think there's other attributes to advanced haki that Luffy hasn't unlocked. I say this because Oda continues to have characters call haki the "color of arms". And we know that when certain characters use haki, they sometimes have a different color to their haki. There has to be a reason for this. And seeing as Sanji and Usopp have different ways of using Observation haki shows this.

But not between 3 Yonko’s at each other’s throats to become Pirate King specifically Then Luffy becomes Pirate King from reaching the Final True Island, obtaining all its treasure, all its history, and then Final War Arc begins.

A three way fight between Luffy, BlackBeard and Imu. Then Imu gets taken out and we get a second battle almost right again between Luffy and Blackbeard. They battle it out to figure out what time of world they will have now that the world government has fallen. That way you get the plot fight with Imu and character fight with Blackbeard. You could also have the one piece physical treasure (Roger's and Joy Boy's treasure) at laugh tale but Joy Boy's dream being trapped at Marijoa with Imu, linking everything at the same place for the final fights
I think a Davy back fight with shanks after all the excitement is over could be a really cathartic look back on the entire series we get a lot of flashbacks, reflecting on everything that happened and a gentle close out for this very long series

I personally would like to the final fight to be against Shanks. The Final Fight doesn't have to correlate with the Big Bad Antagonists and could be like Kole said and what I predicted years ago as a final send off with Shanks to prove Luffy is on top. Not at all . Akainu is but an extension of Imu and the world government. Luffy will probably squabble with him but Sabo will most likely take him down. While Shanks has stated that he’s now going after the one piece. Even though Shanks loves and respects Luffy he sees him as a future rival
I wouldn’t mind a big Luffy vs Akainu fight and his current fight with Kizaru could be looked at as setting that up, but I don’t want this for the final fight of the series. Luffy and Shanks fighting it out for the One Piece on Laugh Tale near the end of the series sounds much better to me personally😁
After seeing Kizarus performance at Egghead Akainu will just be a "frog in a well." The people that stand above him referenced in the story, Kong, Holy Knights, The Gorosei, Imu will be way stronger than Akainu. I am not saying that Akainu v luffy wont happen, I am just saying Akainu will be a stepping stone of those more powerful figures who sit above hin. Shanks I am pretty sure will be resolved in Elbaf. So let's say Zunesha managed to complete 1 lap of the grand line after a thousand years of pain of walking nowhere for eternity... he will be free. Also predicted by Kozuki Oden, the borders has to be open to unleash Pluton... Zunesha could simply get it back and be in control of supreme power. That was the plan all along. Remember Roger said he was looking for Joyboy and all his treasures... but why and how did he know everything? It's vague and mysterious. One thing to consider is that if "One Piece" specifically refers to Roger's treasure, then it's not the one his crew found in Laugh Tale, that was Joy Boy's treasure. Of course he could have also left his treasure there. Or he might have not had a treasure of his own at all, and his final words were just meant to send people to Laugh Tale. My point being that when Oda said the story ends when the One Piece is found, semantics could be important. And this reminds me of chapter 820, when we were told that the log pose doesn't ultimately lead to Laugh Tale, but to another island in stead (presumably Lodestar). And it was implied that Crocus wanted the Straw Hats to go there.

Rayleigh taught Luffy the basics of the 3 Hakis, while fighting Katakuri he learned advanced observation, during his imprisonment in Udon he trained with Hyogoro to learn the Ryou and against Kaido he understood how to infuse himself with the Conqueror 's Haki. On top of that he had 3 power-ups in Wano the Ryou, the infused Conqueror and the awakening of his fruit then finally merged his 3 power-ups into his Bajrang Gun.

Me personally i think the final fight will be a giant war for the one piece, emu and the gorosei probably know the location of the one piece but they gate keep it to maintain their order, once the pirates know of the location the world govt will move to defend it and there we will have a big war on scale higher than the marineford war and it is my belief that many characters and factions from throughout the series will assist luffy in said war, luffy and the straw hats and his grand fleet, shanks crew and his fleet, the revolutionary army and maybe even the cross guild as well as previous pirate groups like some of the big mom pirates maybe just katakuri out of his respect for luffy and if kaido is still alive i could say the same for him, they respect luffy so they will help him. All of these factions vs the world govt, emu and the gorosei, and garland and the holy knights, and the pacifista and seraphim, the numbers are very uneven being way more people on luffys side but i think itll balance out cause i think the gorosei and probably the holy knights also will not be 1 on 1 fights but rather 1 on many notable characters to take each of them down
Side note for anybody wondering about blackbeard in all this i thibk blackbeard will be the final boss gor the poneglyphs, he will most likely be gate keeping the last one or competing for it and beating him will give the strawhat crew all the poneglyphs
Thinking shanks is the final opponent will always be cope by fans wanting to scale him through the roof. Chapter 1 coming to a satisfying conclusion has no ties to shanks having to be the last fight. It makes absolutely no sense. BB and Imu are the only real options

So I still stand by on what I said. I personally think One Piece doesn’t end when the One Piece is found. Because I’m DAMN sure all the specific lore about the Void Century is on that Island. It’s exactly why Whitebeard said what he said at Marineford. The one who finds the One Piece is the one who’s gonna fight the WG no stopping. Roger didn’t lie that there’s money and other treasures. But what’s more important is the lore on that island. If you’re not carrying Joyboy’s Will, you’re just a Roger Pirate King. Different endings for other characters that make it to that island similar to Roger. But Roger was arguably the Joyboy of his Era which is the only slight difference. I don’t think Oda meant it’s literally going to end when the One Piece is found. I think he meant that we’re now entering the Final Arc. A Saga is a collection of Arcs in it. Therefore since this is the Final Saga, that means we are seeing the last 5, 6, or, 7 Arcs of all of One Piece in current time.
Anyone else believe Garp knew Luffy had this special fruit ? His comments after Luffy uses Conq Haki is "Too soon" or something of that effect. I think Garp is low key holding a lot of secrets, or at the very least Shanks told Garp about the truth of the fruit after luffy consumed it.

Color of arms is armament though it's the most streamline type of haki across the board.

I think a Davy back fight with shanks after all the excitement is over could be a really cathartic look back on the entire series we get a lot of flashbacks, reflecting on everything that happened and a gentle close out for this very long series

I personally would like to the final fight to be against Shanks. The Final Fight doesn't have to correlate with the Big Bad Antagonists and could be like Kole said and what I predicted years ago as a final send off with Shanks to prove Luffy is on top. Either way though this saga is going to be epic.
When Luffy made his alliance with Law he stated he wanted to take down all the Yonko but he seems to want to defeat Shanks last.

Not at all . Akainu is but an extension of Imu and the world government. Luffy will probably squabble with him but Sabo will most likely take him down. While Shanks has stated that he’s now going after the one piece. Even though Shanks loves and respects Luffy he sees him as a future rival
I wouldn’t mind a big Luffy vs Akainu fight and his current fight with Kizaru could be looked at as setting that up, but I don’t want this for the final fight of the series.

After seeing Kizarus performance at Egghead Akainu will just be a "frog in a well." The people that stand above him referenced in the story, Kong, Holy Knights, The Gorosei, Imu will be way stronger than Akainu. I am not saying that Akainu v luffy wont happen, I am just saying Akainu will be a stepping stone of those more powerful figures who sit above hin. Shanks I am pretty sure will be resolved in Elbaf. I dunno why but I have the weird feeling that someway somehow the Final Villain of One Piece could be either Gold Roger or the Sea Devil which I think is Zunesha. It's all a trick to deceive. So let's say Zunesha managed to complete 1 lap of the grand line after a thousand years of pain of walking nowhere for eternity... he will be free. One thing to consider is that if "One Piece" specifically refers to Roger's treasure, then it's not the one his crew found in Laugh Tale, that was Joy Boy's treasure. Of course he could have also left his treasure there. Or he might have not had a treasure of his own at all, and his final words were just meant to send people to Laugh Tale.
My point being that when Oda said the story ends when the One Piece is found, semantics could be important.
And this reminds me of chapter 820, when we were told that the log pose doesn't ultimately lead to Laugh Tale, but to another island in stead (presumably Lodestar). And it was implied that Crocus wanted the Straw Hats to go there.

Me personally i think the final fight will be a giant war for the one piece, emu and the gorosei probably know the location of the one piece but they gate keep it to maintain their order, once the pirates know of the location the world govt will move to defend it and there we will have a big war on scale higher than the marineford war and it is my belief that many characters and factions from throughout the series will assist luffy in said war, luffy and the straw hats and his grand fleet, shanks crew and his fleet, the revolutionary army and maybe even the cross guild as well as previous pirate groups like some of the big mom pirates maybe just katakuri out of his respect for luffy and if kaido is still alive i could say the same for him, they respect luffy so they will help him. All of these factions vs the world govt, emu and the gorosei, and garland and the holy knights, and the pacifista and seraphim, the numbers are very uneven being way more people on luffys side but i think itll balance out cause i think the gorosei and probably the holy knights also will not be 1 on 1 fights but rather 1 on many notable characters to take each of them down

So I still stand by on what I said. I personally think One Piece doesn’t end when the One Piece is found. Because I’m DAMN sure all the specific lore about the Void Century is on that Island. It’s exactly why Whitebeard said what he said at Marineford. The one who finds the One Piece is the one who’s gonna fight the WG no stopping. Roger didn’t lie that there’s money and other treasures. But what’s more important is the lore on that island. If you’re not carrying Joyboy’s Will, you’re just a Roger Pirate King. Different endings for other characters that make it to that island similar to Roger. But Roger was arguably the Joyboy of his Era which is the only slight difference.
I don’t think Oda meant it’s literally going to end when the One Piece is found. I think he meant that we’re now entering the Final Arc. A Saga is a collection of Arcs in it. Therefore since this is the Final Saga, that means we are seeing the last 5, 6, or, 7 Arcs of all of One Piece in current time.
