    This week's Yin Yoga class is a 60 minute practice to help you achieve your side splits! This is Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release -this blissful session is tailored for your inner groin and hamstrings.     I've done over 20 workouts from this channel already, but this one had the most interesting effect. There were a lot of memories: as a child I accidentally sat on a half-split on an escalator (one leg went down the moving steps, and the other remained standing on the edge, there were no serious injuries, only pain), two surgical operations, which were performed in the position of the legs raised up (on stands).....
    But at the end of the practice I felt a slight warmth in my whole body (not a fever, but a very light and pleasant warmth). I had not felt such a feeling for many years.

    Hello my Beautiful Friends
    ❤ This Yin Yoga Sequence focuses on the lower body and will release lower back pain, opening the back he legs, inner groin and tight hips and emotions. Practice this regularly to deepen your splits practice. The low back and hips are so closely related. Restore balance into the body and release deep areas of tension.
    Yin is a slow and meditative style of yoga where we softly hold the poses for longer times, allowing the muscles to let go. The focus is on letting go and surrendering in to the pose, sitting with all the sensations that arrive and ultimately experiencing a deep letting go and a sense of calm. Find time to nourish your body, deeply rest and restore with this yin yoga sequence for your inner groin, hamstrings, legs and back. Release and transform energy.
    For this class I use 3 blocks.
    Be patient and gentle with yourself. Enjoy the process.
