I do this core at least 2-3 a week for a few weeks now, and it's super hard every time that it make me cry.

By far one of my toughest core workouts. I had to take rests in between as it's just too tough for me. This is even harder than your pulse core workouts. Have to master this. Thanks Bre 🙏

I do all kinds of 10-20 minute Ab workouts with no problem. 8 months later I still difficulty getting through Breath’s class. She’s a rock star! ❤

These are the mixture of yogic poses which we do regularly. But must be done under the guidence of professional. Otherwise sometime it can harm intestines and can create stomach problems. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This is a killer core workout and I love it. I love how it challenges me. My challenge however which I've yet to achieve is to be able to do it all without setting my knees down once. Kudos to you Bre!

Thank you. This is the toughest core workout I have followed along. This is my 6th session and I am happy that I did not get "dropped". Will continue until I can nail the 3 boats in good form without landing.

The workouts you two come up with are absolutely amazing. Sometimes I get bad stomach cramps after my yoga routines. I'm curious to know roughly what kind of diet you practice?
thanks! this could have many causes, we recommend talking to some specialist about it. we eat vegan and in a 4h window daily, meaning we fast for 20h each day.

I ran into Breaths and ab routine 18 months ago. I pass all other 10 min ab routine pretty well so i thought i was In shape. I still need hand assistant to get through boat stuff in the beginning, a few small mods in the middle but finish strong holding plank a little longer. Almost there… Thank you Bre!!

Out of all the core routines In this channel, I find this to be the hardest. Especially when doing it after Flow’s 1.5h yoga for BJJ routine! Amazing stuff
