I found you a couple of weeks ago - and I am impressed that you are a good guide to others. CONTEXT - there is so much bad guidance out there is Vegan UA-cam land - and it is important that there be some people speaking good advice and you stand to be one of those good sort. @@MzHannah36 My discovery of the science, thus far, has been through the www.Nutritionfacts.org videos ( I have watched ALL of the 1500+ videos) and Mic. the Vegan videos ( I have watched all the 200+ videos) and the key lectures and interviews from Dr Caldwell Esselstyn and the key lectures and interviews from Dr Neal Barnard. I have seen some videos of interviews with Dr Fuhrman's but as yet have not read his book. Your videos give me an efficient way to further explore Dr Fuhrman's organised approach and useful recipes. I will watch through all your videos over the next month and then from there keep up with all your new release videos on the food-human health topic ( I stay away from slaughter house video animal rights veganism type material - and I am pleased to see your video set is clear and clean of such stuff). Keep up your work rate and quality control on your videos and keep your life working. I will see you through your videos. Thanks for your efforts

Hi. Loving your videos. Just one question though. On the ANDI scale you show, Grapes have a score of 31. However on Dr Fuhrman's website version, Grapes have a score of 119. Just wondered about this. Thanks.

Cook your mushrooms and then throw them into a blender with other foods to make a smoothie or to make a blender soup. Blend a few mushrooms with frozen fruit and water to make a smoothie. Or blend mushrooms with vegetables or beans to make a soup.
You're great. I now eat Keto. A friend mentioned Furhman, so I've looked into it; and following the index, it's reasonable. As you likely know, Keto is driven by macronutrient considerations, and Nutritarian, micro. Garbanzo Girl? You like chick peas? Keto doesn't. From now forward, I'm going to think of you as 57 Girl.
Hi, thanks for this info!! Question: would I change anything in the nutritarian diet to accommodate Insulin Resistance?? (Fruit is pretty much forbidden)
Fruit is forbidden? Do you already have diabetes or a serious medical condition? It is not forbidden otherwise. They have much lower glycemic index than processed foods
When these dr's come up with these diets, they don't keep in mind that people have allergies. I'm allergic to night shades, mushrooms and dark berries.
ok, just bear with me a moment because i'm English and when you say oat meal is that the same as porridge oats? because at the moment i'm sweetening oats with banana for breakfast. if oat meal is a different thing then I will try to buy that too?
IDK what's wrong with ME..it's been 2months & everything i EAT/DRINK ..its NOT going down..let alone,DIGEST,ABSORB or Breakingdown the foods into chyme inorder to pass through the digestivetrack.. & i do CHEW my food B4i Swallow it....& when the Food does go down..when i do go 4number2 it all just comes out UNDIGESTED; veggies,seeds,nuts,berries (Blueberries,strawberries).. & i feel SO SICK🤒😭 when i EAT MEAT..WTF is wrong with me!?
Chengfu, I think you need God's help to heal your digestive system. God is the best healer because He heals at the energetic level, which is where illness begins. Say, "Dear God, please heal my digestive system, so that my digestive system is healthy and comfortable from now on." You could also say, "...so that my digestive system digess food in a healthy and comfortable manner from now on." Say the prayer for the outcome you want. "Healthy & comfortable" works for anything.
