It’s so true about people worrying about lack of protein...even vegetables have protein. I used Cronometer for just a week or so out of curiosity, not worry, and a green juice I make every day only from vegetables had 10 grams of protein.
I have recently discovered the nutritarian diet and I love your what I eat in a day videos. At first, the transition was a little scary because I wasn't sure how I was going to make the switch -- but your videos are such a huge help! Please keep them coming.
You're amazing! I love your recipe videos. I'm considering eating more salads in my vegan diet and some of your recipes will surely help making them tastier. I look forward to more of your videos 😊
I'm so envious of your sweet potatoes in this video! lol. They are gorgeous :) OH, btw, I was inspired by your videos to get Eat to Live from the library, reading it right now.
As far as omegas and using algae instead of fish, is this: fish only have the omegas due to what they eat-algae. So going straight to the source and skip the fish ( that are in distress already from overfishing and pollution), & consuming extra toxins, makes much more sense to purchase the algae.
I enjoy your "what I eat in a day" videos and think it is great that you show the chronometer breakdown of the nutrients you take in. It clearly shows how easily one's micronutrient needs are met by following this type of diet. Thanks for the tip about vegan omega-3 supplements - I did not know vegan ones were available. I am jealous that it is already warm where you live!
Garbanzo Girl I was under depression medication for seven years and useless but side effects That’s why I have pill phobic nowadays Anything that is in pill shape or is not looking nature food ingredients I naturally stay away from it I don’t even feel like to take vitamin b12 sometimes Do you recommend any vitamin b12 supplement besides soil ?
Thank you for sharing. Its awesome to see how easy and creative you make it to stay on the nutritiarian lifestyle. I have question for you on chronometer? Do you way/measure your food prior to putting it in chronometer for each meal. That part seems like it would be cumbersome, however the information so very useful. I would like to start tracking in chronometer as well but it seems like a lot of work to always measure out your portions etc...any thoughts on how you make that easier?
Another goody GG. How do you feel about the Nuts and seed internecine stuff ? I suspect it’s Greger and Fuhrman all the way over Mad MacDougal and the Nutty Nelsons.
If you are now occasionally supplementing with EPA/DHA (seemingly a responsible practice IMO) then you may want to consider adopting a regular (daily) supplementation routine instead because your body will begin neglecting its natural ALA conversion duties thus impeding its ability to obtain adequate Omega 3 which obviously defeats the whole purpose 💊🌱 I found some Japanese purple-flesh sweet potatoes at the market the other day (I just toss them into the microwave for about 10 minutes) ... good god are they ever delicious 🍠😋

Question? If the ocean is toxic is it a good idea or Kelp based Omega 3' since I would think they would absorb more in the water?
Another thing you need are amino acids. Most amino acids come from meat, so might want to supplement with good quality aminos.
