I am too. I use a lot of aluminium foil when I cook (so I don't dirty pans) and that seemed like a nice way to store it.

This was single handedly the most useful and thorough diet advice I've ever heard. An not joking or bring sarcastic. My mind was being continually blown throughout the entire video

@@wowandrss that's not what I'm doing. I'm just saying that it was really helpful and thorough. I'm a college kid that's broke af lol. I can't afford to eat like he's suggesting. But I can adjust my diet a little by taking some his advice.

us lumberjacks ate 10 K calories a day and everyone was yoked at the end of the season. pretty similar diet. when you ramp up to 18 hour work days and you are putting out on a level like that you can almost eat unlimited food, and your body demands dense nutrients, starches and water by the bucket. the kitchen was open 24/7 and there was no limit on food intake.
I’m happy he’s talking about low fodmap I started it after I learned I have IBS it helped me so much with my stomach problems and bloating!

What's great about Stan is that he's done this for so long and has so much knowledge that he's able to throw out all of this data without having to go off notes or anything. You can tell he's really done the work to research and retain the knowledge in order to impart it to other people.

I actually eat about 10 eggs/day (180 lb male) and I have hypothyroidism. What he said already confirmed what my body told me. It really helped my energy and condition. Zero cholesterol problems and I actually started to grow a lot of my hair back.
Im on 8 a day, 4 each with the two middle meals out of 5 and its working beautifully. I dont lift super heavy tho and im relatively lean. Might increase it over time.
As a 24yr old with a shitty diet I'm starting to hit the male pattern baldness problem , what is making your hair grow back ? The eggs ? Or your whole diet ?
@@CRUMB. The biotin in the yolk of the eggs if I'm not mistaken. Biotin helps with healthy and longevity with nails, hair, and more to my knowledge.

Im an Exercise Science major finishing up my last 2 terms of my senior year, so much knowledge dropped in this video. Nutrition has always been the area i lack most in. Needless to say I'm going to rewatch this a few times, pick it apart and take notes for sure. Thanks for the further education.

This guy needs to get a contract with the army to arrange food prep and nutrition guidelines. Performance is what we are always strive for and he would be an immense asset.
subfish13 No army has the money to feed their soldiers steak all the time. My country has obligatoey military service and there is never any steak.
The military concentrates on mobility, shelf life and cost-effectiveness. Unless you're on a ship then it's another world entirely. With MREs they have measured the nutrition guidelines and it's a complete package. Taste is what it is but you're just glad there's something else to chew on than your camelpack straw or a backpack strap. MRE: It's not a meal, it's not ready, but you will eat it. It was funny in a grim way that some MREs made you constipated as hell and some would go through you in 17 minutes with explosive concequences.
His use of holding rice at temp for prolonged periods of time wouldn't meet food safety guidelines.
About time you did an episode with this guy. His knowledge and experience is unreal!
