Bugez is actually just effortlessly entertaining. Not sure if it'd fit his shtick but I'd love to see him on the Elite FTS Table Talk. Dave is bar none the best interviewer when it comes to strength training; he brings so much to the table from his own experience and is still humble enough to let his guests talk.

@@Wayf4rer I don't know, Eric just randomly maxing out on Exercises he feels like and swapping them out every so often or not, and the exercises themselves can be pretty creative and different. Seems pretty Conjugate to me hahaha

I have one thing to say about "working in". I am absolutely for it, when someone asks me how many sets i have left i always say "do you want to alternate?". One major problem for this is: not everyone will do that. The gym i go to is overcrowded as fuck and if i dont stand near the machine, some asshole will take it right away.

More around 320 I think and then get chiseled, so he's 300 lean.
@@Chrisisplays I honestly wouldn't be surprised. Not throwing shade at the guy, it's his choice, but he obviously jumped on the sauce a few years back and is having a tremendous reaction to it. Given the fact that he naturally got to like 230 fairly lean plus his genetic response to gear...it could be a sight to witness.
Honestly I'd like to see him downsize for his health. He's said in the past that his family history isn't exactly stellar when it comes to heart health, I'd hate to wake up to the news that he'd passed away.

On the gym pet peeve part: my biggest peeve is people not letting you work in. I remember this time when there were these two dudes using the pec dec machine and I asked if I could work in and one of em’ was like “nah, man we got a good flow going I don’t think we can let you in”, I was like wtf? Bro, you’re both taking long breaks, easily you can for a third person. Not to mention, you ain’t timing your breaks, you ain’t trying to maximize your rest periods or your time under tension, don’t give me this crap let me work in brah.

I agree I’ve been drinking coffee for 16 years since I was 14 and roughly around 6-8 cups a day and when I came off for a month and went back on was no different, coffee is life

In all honesty I was off caffeine for a little while so I could hit it hard at the gym, and a good friend of our who are Hindi invited us over for dinner and I had a chai tea, wow I swear I had a psychedelic buzz. I don’t normally consume caffeine that way at all and they didn’t talk it up at all, they offered their preferred hot beverage and wow I felt giggly and happy and silly. I was in complete shock. Coffee has never done that to me. I almost wanted to say it was Christmas in a cup because of how great I felt haha

I thought a common symptom of caffeine sensitivity was anxiety. Never drank enough to get it, but I've actually gotten anxiety from hot coco funny enough.
