I really liked the moves in this workout... legs are feeling it! The pace was good for a beginner... I picked up the pace and did some cardio between sets which made it a great workout for me :)

You can tell Phong is very educated and knows what he is talking about. I've always been taught flat back flat back.. but never agreed with it. Nice to know he agrees with curvature in the spine. Not to mention Michelle is a model. I need a body like hers!!
He is a great trainer. I would not work with most trained today, as they are ALWAYS on their phone instead of focusing on the client. Great video, where I can get the workout clothing????

It's more of a toning than strengthening. However you'll get stronger with bodyweight workouts in most cases. Add ankle weights to this routine to intensify the workout.
The one thing I never understood with Gymra workouts is why the women always look all primped up as if they're not working out hard enough to get sweaty are mess up their hair at all! I wanna know I've worked my ass off enough to not look so perfect after my workouts
+Lori Gardner Our trainers actually aren't primped up! We don't have hair & make-up on set. The sweat may not always be visible on camera, but it's there. Also, this workout is not a high intensity routine, so you're not going to sweat as much or mess up your hair the way you would if you were doing cardio. Thanks for watching :)
