It is best to fill these just before serving them, no longer than a couple of hours ahead

If you've ever had a cannoli, it's like that. A rich, sweet, hint of vanilla, creme and these look beautiful!
I think it’s ricotta, powder sugar and not sure what was brown thing vanilla or cinnamon?
Hello, I tried making these today but my noodles broke up when I massaged the butter into them, what did I do wrong?
your Kataifi Pastry needs to be at room temperature before you use it, that would likely have been the issue.
I did get them to room temperature, I took them out of the fridge a good few hours before I used them but they still broke up.
