This was a burner, at times I felt myself at failure and needed to catch my internal thoughts. I upgraded them from an opposing viewpoint to an empowered one. Failure means that I am closer to success!

I needed that reminder at the end to stop to take a second and be proud of myself, and when I did it made me feel so good! 💪 Seeing you go hard with us during these workouts makes all the difference and your technique tips are invaluable. Sometimes it seems like you know exactly what I'm thinking or feeling and when you say "make sure you're feeling it here" or "make sure you're not doing this" it is spot on! I would not be in the shape I'm in if it weren't for these workouts ❤

My work out had to be modified somewhat as away from home as doing swimming gala tomorrow. Brought my resistence bands and used sundry objects as weights ! Enjoyed it in spite of modifications really pushed myself in the cardio segments. Have a good Friday and weekend everyone. Thanks Sydney

I lost my precious grandma yesterday, so I was thankful for the rest day. I debated about working out today, but something I have learned is that it's still ok to take a moment for me. I needed this sense of normalcy today. I loved the set and am so thankful for a trainer that shows up for us. I think sometimes I just need her positivity as much as the exercise 💜
My daughter turned me on to your videos. I used to be a P90X kind of guy in my 50s. Got super fit. We moved to a smaller house 6.5 years ago and I got out of the routine. Now I’m 63 and need fitness badly. I just started on March 1. Just trying to show up every day. Hi Hannah.

Upper body slowly has become my favorite area to work. I feel so much stronger than I did 6 months ago. I had to remember we were working for power today and not heaviest weights. There were a few times I had done weights I knew I could do, but not with the power you were talking about so I was humbled real quick during those moves. I'm here for it though! Another amazing workout. Thanks Sydney! 💜
yes, i was glad when she reminded us that the focus was power and not dumbbell weight! i had to go down the last 2 of the 4 sets instead of up, but that made for a fun new twist lol!

That last move had me so pumped I did a 10 min upper body and cardio quick HIIT after doing this. Loved the mix of Tabata and eccentric and concentric strength moves. I wouldn't mind doing another workout like this again!
I really liked the combo of tabata style cardio with upper body work. I love working my upper body but I'm not the biggest cardio fan. These short bursts though felt doable. The workout flew by and I enjoyed the whole thing.

I was on the ground with two dumbbells…it forced me to really tuck in my elbows and I had the arm lean as well to not bring the weights too far forward….oh man did it burn 🔥 Thanks Coach ❤
Wow!! Crushed It! I didn’t feel up to doing anything today because me and household with grandkids didn’t make it home until 6pm. I usually start my workout around 5 pm or 6:30 pm. I felt really tired after getting back home from doctors appointments and grocery shopping. But my mind said, get it over with “. My rotary cuffs are still sore from the cardio workout the other day. That was another reason I was hesitant about working out . But I got it done. Had to push forward in-spite of all the obstacles.
This was great! Cardio was good too - stayed down for low impact. Snatches are getting better! Thank you Sydney for the coaching as we go along. Appreciate the encouragement and reminders about form, etc.
