Your body will follow what your mind tells it." We've all been there - deciding whether we want to move up in weight for the next round, deciding if we can try something that may be uncomfortable. I've fallen off my nutrition and it shows. I'm focused on committing to eat well in addition to working out regularly. Love the 30 minute workouts. Fits my life perfectly!

I totally felt everything in this workout. What a burn! Sydney is always right. I had to tell my mind I could do some of the movements my body didn't want to do, but I'm so glad I pushed myself. Every day is another step toward the me I want to be.
