*70,000 seats per night, around 200,000 total for 3 nights… still incredibly impressive. I would agree that they had the passion of a crowd of 300,000 average fans.
The crowd jumping set off the seismic sensors somewhere in Argentina because the jumping was vibrating the earth enough that the sensors thought that there was an earthquake somewhere in the vacinity.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
the council banned concerts at River plate for a while after this, some buildings had small cracks because of the vibration of the platforms that protect the football pitch
Right there with you there were so many performances in the 70s and 80s that will never happen again I've over 100 concerts during that time period and I seen Elvis in 1975 providence civic center 6:39 y first concert I was hooked wild bill 66 years old 😊
People who didn't like this type of music laughed at the fact that fans moved their heads to follow the rhythm, clearly it's because it's impossible not to😂😂😂
AC/DC killed it at that concert and that was when they were middle aged! They played well and had great energy. They are my favorite group from that era - heck, they are one of my favorites now! I would say it would be thrilling to be at the concert but I would be lying. I’d have a panic attack with all those people!
Este concierto de Buenos Aires es un orgullo para todos los fans del mundo, daria 5 años de mi vida por haber estado ahi ese dia, que grandes los fans Argentinos.
Best Reaction I’ve seen to this in the past 2 years. You were Feeling It all the way through, paying attention but also losing yourself within the vibes. That’s all we asked for and you delivered.
I love seeing reactors see this performance. The ones who do not like (or think they don't like) heavy metal music start head banging within a few minutes into the video. By the end they have become ACDC fans. LOVE IT!!
You are wonderful and had me grinning ear to ear with your reaction. I am a tiny 71-year-old white lady who loved this song for many years. You had pure joy on your face. Welcome to good ole rock and roll young man.
1 of the VERY BEST BANDS ....EVERRR and this is when Malcolm started getting sick...but he didnt miss a beat there was people there from 3 to 93.......they r soooo good live ❤😅
I wasn't at thus concert, but i did see this tour and the entire show is just amazing, there are rituals the crowd do at AC/DC concerts certains songs always get autience participation
My first concert was ac/ dc with bon Scott. The highway to hell tour 1979. I was 11 yrs old. I drank my first shot of whiskey that night an got high with my sister who took me. My life was never the same after that concert. 👊sadly bon passed away a few months later rip bon Scott. You were and still are are amazing 🤘
And the music, excitement starts from the first second all the way to the last song 90 minutes later! BEST Band ever!! I've been at every show since back n Black 1980 and they tour in late 2024 again!!! Rock At It's best
Saw them a few times. Nothing else compares. Check it out Live at Donnington. It's more light out and the crowd is immense. Ears rang for a week. So load, but so clear. They sound the same live as on the radio
Over 100,000 people at that concert. One giant party. Listen to the entire album "If You Want Blood, You Got It." on youtube. play it LOUD with headphones from beginning to end with no interruptions.
This is when concerts were amazing. I think I may have some hearing loss from being next to the speakers during Hells Bells at one of their concerts. Wish I could have seen this. Love the reaction.
I'd like to report that I saw them at Wembley 3 weeks ago with 80,000 others and Brian (76) screamed for 2 hours with a smile on his face the whole time and Angus(69) played and danced around the stage like a kid with huge hair! Best time of our lives!
ACDC. Australian rock band. Started early to mid 70s. Early years they did the pubs and clubs. Lucky enough to see Bon Scott’s ACDC at the Waltzing Matilda Hotel in Springvale, more the once. Brilliant. BON SCOTT was the best. 😎👍😎👍
I just subbed love your reaction I saw them in front of 500,000 people in Toronto in 2003 people for miles could hear this concert❤They had us all going nuts. The Jack live is a must❤
Saw them twice in Vancouver in 1991. January, then they came back again in June. First time crushed against the barrier at the front of the floor all night right in front of the cannons they used for the 21 gun salute...deafening! Security spent the whole concert pulling people out of the crowd who couldn't stand the crush anymore. 2nd show, still on the floor but this time they put seats in. I guess they didn't want a repeat of the crush from the previous show. Awesome shows!
Denver Broncos fan here in Colorado…this song starts the excitement of game day with parachutists jumping and landing on the field. They came out in the 79s with a different singer named Bon Scott who was so amazing and when he passed…this happened. Both were amazing singer.
They met Brian Johnson way before Bon Scott died and they decided right then that Johnson would be the next front man if something happened to Bon Scott.
9 of august this year, i'm going to watch here in Belgium! Finally my dream will come true! Seeing them live! I'm 55 and have cancer! My thunderstruck 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I've had the privilege to attend 3 AC/DC shows. Always a great performance and looking forward to seeing them again in 2024 if they decide to do another tour
I went to this tour when they were promoting the thunderstruck album I was on the floor best concert ever 1995 also I have to say that Woodstock 1994 was a close 2nd for me also I've seen Def Leppard,Guns and Roses,Aerosmith,Smashing Pumpkins,Kiss, and many more
Seen all of them too..Not the 94 woodstock though But guess what I also seen? The original Pink Floyd Wall concert at the Nasua Coliseum in NY 1980.. or was that 81. Only 4 cities in the entire world. Back then was like saying you went to the original woodstock in 69. I remember the line to get into the concert with ropes so far back and pleading people with no tickets were offering us 300 to 500 for our ticket..lol. Sounds like nothing today but that was a lot of money back then. Wonder how much my ticket cost? My boyfriend slept over night with over a hundred people to get us tickets. He never got them. My Uncle who loved Pink Floyd and knew someone at the ticketron ? or whatever it was called back then..lol got us all tickets. Great seats. i have been to over since I was 13 about 80 or more concerts even now ( First concert Rush) before anyone ever knew who they really were. Small place, the Paladium in NY. But I can tell you where I seen any of them and what part of the stadium I was sitting at when I seen them. i use to collect all my ticket stubs. Remember those before the scanned them.? ACDC yes 5 times from the early 80's till the last concert when Axle stood in for Brain Johnson. Was not lucky enough to see Bon Scott he died before we had the chance

One of the greatest rock songs ever made, and one of the best live performances ever. The crowd's energy is so infectious, you can feel it through the video. They absolutely killed it that night. Not only do they sound fantastic, they know how to get the crowd truly moving.
Angus Young skipping across the stage whilst still playing the guitar is wild! I'll never forget the first time I watched the whole River Plate concert. I'd Batista Bomb my Nanna through a table to get to an ACDC concert like that.
i absolutely LOVED your video!!!! and you are most welcome to come to Argentina and feel the way as we argentinians do... with full passion!!!!!!!!!!!! greetings and cheers!!!!
A legendary show from a legendary band and the incredible crowd took the show to another level. I've seen them ten times since '95 and they always put on a great show. I also attribute much of my hearing loss to those lads as their shows are just crazy loud. I had fifth row seats for their May '01 show at the Spectrum in Philly and my ears were ringing for at least three days afterwards...probably the best concert I've ever attended.
AC/DC found a musical groove that worked for them. Amd its a solid groove. Nothing ground breaking but they played their groove extremely well and they clearly had FUN doing it. And that fun translates to an audience. The guitar riff theoughout this one is infectious as hell. Complex enough to be interesting but simple enough to hum or sing with. Its fast and uobeat. The kyrics are simple bit have a fun message. His voice is so different and works so well for the group. A lot like Geddy amd Rush... so different but it jusf works. Amd this live performance has an awesome crowd. The leg walk is cool. The look of each member. The ridiculous shorts... it all just works. One of the great rock bands.
This all started on the back of a Truck, driving down the main street in Melbourne, when I was still at School. Check it out 👀 They played a song called : ITS A LONG WAY TO THE TOP.
They had a residency at the Croxton in Northcote around the same time, seen them countless times with Bon, would of loved to see them with Brian. One of the most awesome bands ever.
Hope this finds u well. They r absolutely amazing to see live, was blessed to see them 3 timed from the late 70s thru 90s. So much energy and talent. Some of the best memories. I still have my AC/DC dollars they would drop on the crowd during their song "Money Talks". Thanx so much, take care, Peace
Great reaction Sir! I must've listened to this video a hundred times and every time, it makes me want to bang my head and rock out! Keep up the great work!
Thunderstruck is a good introduction to the band. Now go on youtube and listen to the entire album "If You Want Blood, You Got It." Play it loud and with headphones AND NO INTERRUPTIONS. A must listen from beginning to end in one sitting. Then listen to the album Back In Black from beginning to end. Then you'll know what your parents and possible grand parents generation grew up with. They made many albums, every one of them good. The band members are from Scotland and grew up in Australia. The singer Brian Johnson is from Newcastle. The original singer Bon Scott speaks for itself.
THIS WAS AMAZING!!!! WHO ELSE ENJOYED THIS??
Watch -out 1991 Russia - Monster of rocks Live concert of AC/DC, Metallica.. etc

My fave thing is watching the joy on the listeners face!!!😮
At least til Angus takes his jacket off!!!😅
ACDC is like McDonald's cheeseburgers. I LOVE McDonald's cheeseburgers! It's not a symphony, it's not intellectual, it's just DELICIOUS!
Soul saving at its finest baby!! That night and many others everyone in a 5 square mile radius was saved!!! Fucking BEAUTIFULL!!!!
3 nights in a row, sold out, 300,000 plus seats each night. ACDC rocked a million live that weekend.
*70,000 seats per night, around 200,000 total for 3 nights… still incredibly impressive. I would agree that they had the passion of a crowd of 300,000 average fans.

There's nothing more awesome than seeing someone go all berserk on AC/DC. 🤘🤘🤘
And for the first time aswell, i wish i could go back :D
I'm smiling end to end watching his reaction ..and knowing whats coming..
Thank You for your reaction! That was pure and honest.

Thats why the pyramids were built. To stabilize the earth’s magnetic field after an ACDC gig.
