Después de este recital, el estadio de River Plate fue clausurado para dar recitales porque el sonido de la banda y el salto del público produjo movimientos y grietas en los edificios cercanos. Por varios meses no se pudieron realizar recitales. Fue épico!
Yo fui a este reci y a los 3 meses a ver a Metallica ahi mismo. Como para que no se vengan abajo los edificios de Nuñez, jajajaja

Los argentinos somos muy emocionales...yo fui a ese recital y te puedo asegurar que verdaderamente se sacudía todo.
Es la diferencia que hay con el resto de países...nadie puede superar la emocionalidad y pasión Argentina.
Esto no nos hace ni mejores ni peores , pero en lo respecta y musicalmente hablando , somos el mejor público.

En medio del recital te pasaban los robots fílmicos por arriba lo que pasa que en medio del recital no te das cuenta.
Mira yo debute con credence en el gran rex a los 13.
Luego vi a muchas bandas , pero te puedo asegurar que este fue tremendo recital.
Uno de los más grosos que vi fue the doors con ian( the cult) en estadio velez .
Fue tremendo.
Y otro que me gustó mucho fue deep purple en el Luna.
Argentina tiene con que hermano.

I was there in early December of 2009 with my friends. We were in our final stretch our Gap Year and we decided to spend our savings to travel all the way from Sydney to Argentina to watch ACDC's 3rd night concert.
Good investment, I'd say.

Brain said in a interview that this was the best concert they ever played.
The energy was on another level.
I mean, all does people came for only one reason, having a party with some ol‘ boys and guitars.
I know how you feel watching them, it brings back so many memories for me. Also, they are like my number one group of all time makes me feel like I’m 16 again.
We didn’t have the Internet . We only had merchandise as far as record albums, and the sleeves that came in them, or what was in a magazine that was put out every month.!
And who says we have to take the posters down when we get older? What is the appropriate age to take posters down?
Angus Young, Eddie Van Hallen & Jimi Hendrix are the three guitar's deamons of the twentieth century, in my opinion.
I was there, it was the best concert EVER and will be a memory for the rest of my life, thats for sure.
Yes, those were speakers towers! The sound was so loud, so good, just perfect for an AC/DC concert.
I also remember that it was so crowded that I didnt have to jump, the people jumping arround me made my jump with them. You will be jumping even if you didnt want to ahahahaha

Never got to go to many concerts, parents were not wealthy, but in Sheffield, UK we had the best rock scene in the UK, so I heard all this music in pubs and clubs. AC/DC my favourite band of ever so many. I miss the 80's

Many years ago, don't remember which year, saw AC/DC in a school hall in Toowoomba , Queensland, Australia, Bon up front rocking it out
Angus and the boys were young ( so was I ) and the 800 strong crowd got a show none of us will ever forget.
I think it was about $10 a ticket.

Great review of possibly the most amazing concert ever. Music nowadays is so bland in comparison but I believe there is still a desire for real rock and roll.... the band members are in their 60s here but look at the crowd... I’d say 90% of the fans are in their 20s!! Incredible popularity longevity and energy from AC/DC!

allá por el 85, 86 le escribí una carta a Atlantic Records, sin esperar nada, a los meses, recibí un sobre con una carta en respuesta, fotos de AC/DC, Robert Plant y otros, más un tubo enorme de cartón con el interior metalizado, con varios posters de una calidad increible, en ese momento el de AC/DC era Fly on the wall, las paredes de mi cuarto estaban llenas de posters, que tiempos aquellos

I’ve been to a few AC/DC concerts over the years , the noose I’d say would be for the bell for Hells Bells . And their concerts were awesome, even years later I still have concert shirts holes and all great times
Ask any Big Band or Musician, Nobody can play AC/DC like they do. No one can play, so precisely and without error, so loudly without making a mistake, because at such a high volume, every mistake is noticed even when the strings are not pressed or plucked properly, let alone playing a solo or a fast rhythm and other. No one can play as perfectly and precisely and Loudly as AC /DC.
Poor deadly crowd! Have seen AC/DC once and came home deaf for 3 days. And loved every minute of it!

After this concert, the River Plate stadium was closed for concerts because the sound of the band and the jump of the audience produced movements and cracks in the nearby buildings. For several months it was not possible to hold recitals. It was epic! (Text by Daniel Sainz)

They played three concerts in a row at River Plaza, each was sold out with 72,000 people each night. Which means a total of 226,000 folks....
