Doctor Hansaji... thank you. I do Gyan mudra whenever I can, as long as my stomach is empty. Better sleep... more relaxed... blood pressure readings improved. I do this mostly when watching television.

I practiced yoga & meditation & studied ayurveda in my 20s and 30s. Somewhere along the way, I allowed some of that knowledge to fall by the wayside.
