These exercises have helped me alot. About 10 year ago I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and I haven't been able to find a exercise video that I can do safely. I haven't been exercising with you guys very long about 2 weeks but I have noticed a big difference in my pain and movement. I want to thank you I'm glad I found you guys you have helped me alot.
Would it be safe to do a regular low impact video along with these workouts.

Hi. I'm enjoying several of the Grow Young videos. Thank you. I'm wondering about doing them when arthritis is in the state of "flare up," when there is more inflammation (I guess is the cause) than usual, and as a result more pain than the usual chronic condition. Do you advise doing the routines at such times?
I have watched 2 videos, both enjoyed but too short. I would like to see 30 minutes of stretching, covering every muscle group. Thank you for your help!👍
