    You are a breath of fresh air! I’m encouraged after doing the shoulder exercises with you. I’ve had with shoulder issues off and on dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis, but haven’t been able to regain ROM in one shoulder after a long flair. I’m constantly searching UA-cam for answers with limited success. The simplicity of the exercises and doing the workout with you, versus just seeing a demonstration, was very helpful. I’m very hopeful. Thank you for your work!

    My husband and I have been doing the foundation, core, and yoga exercises for 11 months, and have noticed a considerable improvement in our strength, balance and overall stamina. We are in our early 70's and have progressed to feeling so much younger. I recommend these to anyone who wants to keep moving and have a better quality of life.

    I just did them today and my shoulder pain is gone t,they really worked very effective thank you very much so i’ll keep doing them with you every night before going to bed ,i also do your morning stretches upon waking up and if i have pains before going to bed i do your night stretches sometimes i feel sleepy that i don’t do them ,sorry !

    Love your positiveness and energy!
    I’m 56 and have had frozen shoulder for over 4 months now. I started PT a month ago and have been doing daily finger wall crawls and arm swings, using a lacrosse ball to press on the shoulder and armpit area. There is little improvement until recently.
    My main struggle is the mental part… trying to stay positive, not get depressed and know that it will get better! Thanks for your videos !

    I am recovering from PMR(polymyocitis rheumatica) and my shoulders are weak. I find this video easy enough for me to do. My shoulders are getting stronger. Retired nurse anesthetist.

    this shoulder video has helped me so much. i broke by shoulder bone dislocated had to have surgery and had 2 screw to hold the bones together, went to theraphy was very painful i stop going and started searching the web and saw your video and have been doing them for 3 months i notice more range of motion and less pain. it been 7 month since surgery and i am able to do so much. i was even able to paint the outside of our home. i still need more work. but a lot better, your balance video has help me also because of sitting so long after surgery. when starting moving i felt like i was going to fall, i starting walking and doing balance video along with the frozen shoulder video every day what an improvement in my body, i highly recommend you to people . but need more overhead and strength in arms, do you have video for that, oh i just more thing the chair exercise where also part of my routine, they are awesome.

    Thank you! This is the only exercise routine that targets my weak neck and upper shoulder area. The ones my doctor gave me on paper weren't doing the trick.

    Hi 😁 Thank you for your helpful videos. I have a frozen shoulder, it's been about 4 months. I also have Fibromyalgia which makes things tricky. I did your video and it actually felt great. Are these exercises enough or should I be trying to do more stretches if my shoulders feel up to it?

    I had a dislocated my right shoulder and closed reduction on 04/17/23 I do not start therapy until 17 May. I would like to get some stiffness and pain out of my arm but don’t want to harm anything or do further damage. I do have problems with the rotary cup in my left arm also and so I am able to do these exercises with the left side, but I want to know which ones are safe for me to do for the right side. I know I’ve been told not to lift my arm up.

    @growyoungfitness, is frozen shoulder a possible reason why I can't turn my hand up? I can't do the whole supination pose with my left hand. I was shot in the wrist in feb. had surgery to remove the bullet from the palm of my hand. I had no nerve damage, no damage to tendons or anything. I was told I would just need therapy. I'm still working on my grip strength. But a couple of months ago I started with the shoulder pain. Could my frozen shoulder be a reason why I can't turn my wrist?

    I fell and tore both roto cuffs. I have been in physical therapy for 2 months. I can't lift or raise my shoulders. This is very painful. Can I just do a shorter version?

    Is this exercise good for biceps tendon ruptures? I care for a 102 year old mother who has trouble standing and can’t walk. Helping her in and out of the bed and from wheelchair to potty has been very hard. We got a standup hoyer to help me but it hasn’t worked out. I’m at a loss and in much pain.
