- Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly release tightness and tension in muscles that cause the most pain in (and around) the shoulder.
A big contributing factor of shoulder pain and discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles and tendons that may lead to painful strain and inflammation.
This video will keep it simple by fixing weakness and tightness in the main muscles that cause pain in this area, especially the rotator cuff and deltoids.
Each exercise works a little differently. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most pain relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home.

I took oxalates out of my body and went carnivore and I have improved immensely even though I have osteoporosis I’m able to get up and go at 82. Thank you again. I appreciate your program.

I was doing a lot of yoga and classes where I was supporting my weight on my arms and shoulders and started suffering from that pain in the front of the shoulder. I did some of these exercises and found a lot of relief. Thank you!

I put your vids in a list called "pain". My shoulders are a wreck from trades. Distal bicep surgery and tendons all jacked. thanks for putting these out so I dont have to eat grass and dirt cookies to afford physical therapy.

I had a complete severance in my rotator cuff of my right arm (repaired) and now I'm beginning to feel some pain in my left shoulder. This should help me avoid the same problem in that shoulder. I've had some painful procedures and surgeries, but I never want to repeat the pain of that surgery and recovery ever again!
My doctors asked me How could you be pain Free, I said because of the doctor on UA-cam and cutting out sugar -bread and taking Non GMO vitamins more.

Dr,I have a shoulder impigement for alomst a year,when doing the "W" stretchment againest the door I feel a dull painlike feeling around the scapular,and I could hardly do the push ups and dumbell overhead press which I used to do a lot,is there anything I can do to overcome this situation?
