To prepare the dough, you only need 2 minutes! Even without kneading the dough, the bread is really soft and delicious!
Flour 300g(2cups)
Milk 210ml
White sugar 25g(2tbsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Unsalted butter 28g(2tbsp)
356 F/180 C bake for 15 minutes

Helly 老師您好，我有點小心得 也想和大家分享一下。我六月和老師學到花朵瑪芬麵包，八月學會爆漿藍莓小麵包，九月初我在花朵麵包的每個小麵包也放入一個大藍莓🫐，效果超棒的👍！
今天我試著再做一次，💕 每個瑪芬中放入四個小麵包並包入冷凍的大藍莓(八月時冷凍了不少)，其他的都照著老師的程序做，造型和口感都得到家人的讚美～越來越厲害了！
我五月開始學做麵包，一星期做五天，經過一次次的練習丶再改進，現在我也能領略到 為家人製作麵包的樂趣了。
特別感謝老師的分享和問答解惑，也㊗️願大家 烘焙路上 一次比一次更進步。
