Très déçue, les croissants n’ont pas levé, le beurre s'est rependu sur la plaque.le fait de mettre au congélateur avant que la pâte lève est une mauvaise idée .c'est raté

You are using cold-water.. most chef recipes they using hot or little warm water.they said yeast will activate early. I will try your method it's new for me
Simpan di kotak tutup rapat, beri jarak satu sama lain supaya tidak saling menempel kemudian masukkan kulkas atau freezer. Jika ingin memanggang keluarkan dari kulkas tunggu hingga mengembang dua kali lipat ya 👍
iya dlm keadaan mati Buk, proofing sampai jigli kalo digoyang, waktunya tdk menentu soalnya suhu ruangan tiap daerah beda². supaya cpat sy ngakalin dengan, naroh air hangat di dasar oven supaya adonan cepat gerah dan ngembang. tp hati² jgn terlalu panas nanti butter nya mleleh alhasil layer croissanya tdk ada😊
