The only modular I have is the daily bugle and it’s such an amazing set and I love the mini figures and creativity and ngl I has hoping it would win but when you look at the Tudor corner and the avengers tower and kinda realise it stood no chance.
We need more of these fight videos. Mechs, dragons, minifigs, you name it. One personal note, Daily Bugle, Boutique Hotel, Jazz Club and City Markets are retiring this year. My wallet is gonna cry.
I feel like price also needs to be considered. Of course the Avengers tower will have more stuff then the hotel, it's more expensive. And I say this as someone who likes the tower more lol just a thought
I wish I had all of these sets, I have the Daily Bugle, Sanctum Sanctorum, X-mansion and Jazz club, I plan on getting the Ninjago City Workshops when it comes out and I also plan on getting the Avengers Tower. I also want to get the Tudor Corner, but I will have to wait and see because I’m broke and couldn’t afford any of these even if I tried to sell an organ. Side note: I got the Xmansion when it came out last year, but then I heard that the Sanctum was retiring I cut into my life savings just to be able to get it before I never could.

That's true, we never really talk about price in the video. But we think basically all of the modulars are fairly priced. (Except maybe the Xmansion?)
