    It’s same story with me. I had same weight since last 4/5 yrs & I lost 5-6 kgs with out doing anything. No exercise no dieting. I live abroad so.. during corona & before corona I used to do all house works on my own. But secret is I never sat at one place for long. I reduced to eat grains for both meals and added veggies & fruits & only home made food. I realized after eating grains I was feeling so tired but after eating sprouts & non grains things my energy levels was always up & I was full. 🤩

    Step 1: Calculate your daily calorie requirement (Basal Metabolic Rate), Step 2: Divide the calories roughly as 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% Fats, Step 3: Remember that 1 gram of Protein equates 4 calories, one gram of Carbs equates 4 calories, one gram of Fats equates 8 calories, Step 4: Walk minimum 10,000 steps a day Step 5: Sleep 8 hours, Step 6: Drink 3 to 4 litres of water, Step 6: Take supplements such as potassium, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin D etc. These are very simple to do and even if you are over weight or have some medical condition you can do it - of course consult your physician before you start. The above are simple facts and common sense.

      Hey guys.. I know wt loss it's very hard challenge bt trust me guys it's become easy after small change
      1. Hot water every day min 4 times per day
      2. Cut down all sugary atoms completely. Bt am tea ND coffee lover that's why I drink by adding sugar free powder
      3 dinner b4 8 at night..
      4. Avoid rice potatoes
      5. Normal yoga at home..

    mujh thyroid he dear n same 80 kg ....sugar only 2 spoon in a day ...I don't hv sweet tooth.....8 o'clock dinner karti hu ....water khoob piti hu .....dr se puchhti hu wo kahte he ur thyroid is absolutely fine .....no weight because of thyroid I mean.....2 kids he 5 n 2 n half .....plsssss suggest me if u hv some suggestions

    Mansi...Please avoid Salt completely in your dinner ,what I do is I eat some salad like cabuli chana salad with some cucumber before 7:30 PM ,it really made a difference in my life...I also started my weighloss journey from 1st july ...I lost 5 kg (79-74),I am a mother of 2 1/2 years of baby boy and a software Engineer ,so full time working mother.I can relate what you say always ..When People at my home take evening snacks ,I take Salad as my dinner with them.All the Best Lets share experience together ..:-)

      Sugar and jeera drink u can definitely follow , but no compromise to diet pls right now u need lot of healthy food lot of energy

      Breastfeeding will reduce your weight alot. Keep feeding your child and start from yoga like surynamaskar, kapal bharti . Then start walk and finally exercise.

    My pblm is just opposite.. I want to gain some healthy weight but despite of eating a lot my weight still remains the same.. m 5'1 and my weight is 41 kg which is slightly on the underweight side.
    My health reports are all normal and even after having a baby my weight is still the same . Can u pls suggest something if u have any idea about what can I do in this situation

    Diii main 1.10 months k baby girl ki mom hu , woh breastfeed b krti hai, and meri mazburi ban gyi hai weight loss, kyuki mera weight bhut yada ho gya hai about me age=28, height=151cm, Weight=Went from 55 to 70kg after pregnency and currently i am =65.9kg after delivery .... Main 1 month hua hai diet krte and din main 1 time ( morng or evening )30 min. Exercise krte kyuki mere se 30 min. Se yada ho hi nhi pati hai , but 1 month main only 1 kg hi loss hua hai , ptanhi mere sath aisa kyu , kaha pr kami reh rhi hai.... And mera anger bhut yada ho gya hai , jab baby tang krti hai toh ajkl usko main bhut marne lgi hu , jbki main aisi kbhi nhi thi , mere behaviour ka uspr jo asar ho rha hai woh muje saaf saaf dikh rha hai , main kya kru kuch smj nhi aa rha k fast weight loss kaise ho ,

    With that weight training is also important. Body should loose fat so just check whthr whatever kgs have you lost whthr it is muscle or fat loss.

      Also focus on inch loss rather nos on scale... I have lost 15kgs but with that i have lost 12 inches off waist. I look like I am 70 kg but i am 80kg on scale. So toning of body is very very important
