As a 14 year old I started working out and eating healthy meals by this only I had lost almost 9 kgs. My weight was 65 kg in March 2023 and now 56 kg in October.
@@asquare3697 Just avoid junk foods and eat home food in limited quantity means balance food with proper timing. Timing for the food is must. And do workout like walking running exercise cycling etc. And believe and sont be panic it had taken me 6-7 months to reduce so have some patience do your work.

I dont follow satvik movement but by eating healthy and leaving Gluten, fried and sweet junk food, I have lost 5 kgs in one month. I even have Breakfast but eat dinner by 6 or max 6.30 in the evening. Leaving junk and snacks is important. I was 77 and now its 72. My bloating, gas problems are totally gone.

I was 17 when got diagnosed with pcod. I'm 18 now, I have not gained much like I'm medium sized. But the mental depression, missing periods, mood swings and emotional trauma is real. Going through so many bodily changes at such a small age, when you have to be focused for studies and take care of health too. It's really difficult! I can feel your pain. Hat's off to you! I am also 77 kg right now to be precise 76.8 kg but I was 90kg 8 months before. And I lost 13 kg in 5 months . At starting I thought of doing fasting and eating only boiled food for a month and exercise but this was not the good option to lose weight too fast and I couldn't have sustained in that. So I tried to apply a practical solution that I will eat only home made whatever is made and lower the quantity and not eat outside junk items and exercise daily.. and it worked it was little slow but I knew that only practical approach will thrive.. So I have to say don't go fast be practical and consistent.. Now my first target weight is 68 kg and finally to 60 kg.. Feeling more confident in front of everyone. It changed me internally. So Best of luck to all who are in this process..

Inspiring ❤ I am a foreigner married to Indian and i gained weight for i love the indian food...sweets, biryani, most of indian cuisine i really enjoyed plus i did baking which is second reason of the weight gain. After seeing the Satvic Movement video, from Detox, Juicing, Ash gourd and Intermittent fasting....i already lost 4kg in 2weeks. From 74.5kg weight now 70.8kg in 2 weeks My target weight is 65kg at least.
So it all boils down to this choice .. do you want to live till you are 80 by not eating the things you love ( learning to love to eat what you don’t like ) or live till 60 by enjoying everything you can eat…
Hats off to your determination. From one heavy woman...I am 63 now and after 50 i started to put on too much weight. I was too overweight. Have thyroid and knee pain among other health issues.. I finally started on a healthy diet project ( on my own, with no nutritionist help) and in last 3 months have lost 21 kgs. Still I am heavy and need to lose another 10 kgs atleast. Weight apart immediately benefit has been on my knees. And my mobility is much easier now. @@gautamisahu7484 First of all I must repeat that it was self designed so please remember that. I started first month in October 2021 with zero oil, zero sugar and zero carb plans. This was followed by strict portion control and regular timings for eating. I found that zero carb was not so easy, so I changed goal to first minimize carb intake. I had idlis and dosas for breakfast , o4 rqgi rotti, millet rottis etc. lunch was ragi ball with very or non veg curry, dinner was salads. Sometimes I would add a grilled chicken or paneer or a boiled egg or fish tawa fry with salad. I used simple dressings which I made using olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and jaggery., salt and pepper. Sometimes used curds with salt and pepper as dressing. For snacks I used to eat one glucose biscuit with my regular coffee in the evening. Sometimes I used to have a bowl of mixed fruits for lunch. I used these variations in order not to get bored. I weighed myself every Sunday and noted the change in weight. As I saw the weekly reduction in weight my motivation got stronger, doubts vanished. I lost about 9 kgs in one month. Second month was little I tensile. I had just ganjis for all 3 meals. I ate ragi, millet, rawa and jowar ganjis as main meals. I made them with well beaten curds. In between fruits and sabzis with greens. This was a bit tough but as I had lost 9 kgs in one month this kept me going. I lost nearly 10 kgs in the second month. December I started to go easy as I didn't want to get tired and weak, and also let my body adjust to the weight loss. So I ate like in first month but occasionally some rice also. This was a month where lost further 4 kgs, but gained one kg back...this gaining and losing went back and forth and now in the last two weeks I have lost 1.5 kgs I plan to go intensive from February again. My suggestion is to go with a diet plan to which your body responds positively and adjust in between.
Ms. Glutamine, I forgot to mention two things: I also have soups instead of salads fir dinner, and sometimes little of soup and small salad together. There are many delicious soup recipes- both veg and non veg - on UA-cam. And I have my dinner which is the last meal of day at 7.30 pm. Breakfast next day is between 8.30 and 9.00 am. Before breakfast I have 1/2 glass of " kashaya". (This is not for weight loss, but we have been drinking this kashaya for general health reasons for many years). So there is atleast 12 to 13 hours fasting between dinner and next days breakfast. Some people advise 15 to 16 hours gap but I find it difficult to do that.
I have managed my pcos too, i just modified the diet according to my lifestyle. I just included two plates of raw and eat home cooked food and eat lightly at night.and if i am hungry even after eating my meal i just increased my intake of raw so its a win win(this one really helped me a lot). You are really doing some great work satvic.

I am also 77 kg right now to be precise 76.8 kg but I was 90kg 8 months before. And I lost 13 kg in 5 months . At starting I thought of doing fasting and eating only boiled food for a month and exercise but this was not the good option to lose weight too fast and I couldn't have sustained in that. So I tried to apply a practical solution that I will eat only home made whatever is made and lower the quantity and not eat outside junk items and exercise daily.. and it worked it was little slow but I knew that only practical approach will thrive.. So I have to say don't go fast be practical and consistent.. Now my first target weight is 68 kg and finally to 60 kg.. Feeling more confident in front of everyone. It changed me internally. So Best of luck to all who are in this process..

Inspiring ❤ I am a foreigner married to Indian and i gained weight for i love the indian food...sweets, biryani, most of indian cuisine i really enjoyed plus i did baking which is second reason of the weight gain. After seeing the Satvic Movement video, from Detox, Juicing, Ash gourd and Intermittent fasting....i already lost 4kg in 2weeks. Hats off to your determination. From one heavy woman...I am 63 now and after 50 i started to put on too much weight. I was too overweight. Have thyroid and knee pain among other health issues.. I finally started on a healthy diet project ( on my own, with no nutritionist help) and in last 3 months have lost 21 kgs. Still I am heavy and need to lose another 10 kgs atleast.
Weight apart immediately benefit has been on my knees. And my mobility is much easier now. Seeing young ladies like you working so hard hopefully makes me continue on this path with same determination.

First of all I must repeat that it was self designed so please remember that.
I started first month in October 2021 with zero oil, zero sugar and zero carb plans. This was followed by strict portion control and regular timings for eating. I found that zero carb was not so easy, so I changed goal to first minimize carb intake. I had idlis and dosas for breakfast , o4 rqgi rotti, millet rottis etc. lunch was ragi ball with very or non veg curry, dinner was salads. Sometimes I would add a grilled chicken or paneer or a boiled egg or fish tawa fry with salad. I used simple dressings which I made using olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and jaggery., salt and pepper. Sometimes used curds with salt and pepper as dressing.
For snacks I used to eat one glucose biscuit with my regular coffee in the evening. Sometimes I used to have a bowl of mixed fruits for lunch.
I used these variations in order not to get bored. I weighed myself every Sunday and noted the change in weight. As I saw the weekly reduction in weight my motivation got stronger, doubts vanished. I lost about 9 kgs in one month.
Second month was little I tensile. I had just ganjis for all 3 meals. I ate ragi, millet, rawa and jowar ganjis as main meals. I made them with well beaten curds. In between fruits and sabzis with greens. This was a bit tough but as I had lost 9 kgs in one month this kept me going. I lost nearly 10 kgs in the second month.
December I started to go easy as I didn't want to get tired and weak, and also let my body adjust to the weight loss. So I ate like in first month but occasionally some rice also. This was a month where lost further 4 kgs, but gained one kg back...this gaining and losing went back and forth and now in the last two weeks I have lost 1.5 kgs
I plan to go intensive from February again.
My suggestion is to go with a diet plan to which your body responds positively and adjust in between.
Ms. Glutamine, I forgot to mention two things: I also have soups instead of salads fir dinner, and sometimes little of soup and small salad together. There are many delicious soup recipes- both veg and non veg - on UA-cam.
And I have my dinner which is the last meal of day at 7.30 pm. Breakfast next day is between 8.30 and 9.00 am. Before breakfast I have 1/2 glass of " kashaya". (This is not for weight loss, but we have been drinking this kashaya for general health reasons for many years).
So there is atleast 12 to 13 hours fasting between dinner and next days breakfast. Some people advise 15 to 16 hours gap but I find it difficult to do that.
How did you deal with loose skin and stretch marks?
Mr Vyas at my age these are the least of my concerns.😀 Have to lose some more weight just to stay healthy.
I have managed my pcos too, i just modified the diet according to my lifestyle. I just included two plates of raw and eat home cooked food and eat lightly at night.and if i am hungry even after eating my meal i just increased my intake of raw so its a win win(this one really helped me a lot).

Plz go for 16/8 intermittent fasting...I went for same..m 33 yrs old and mother to a daughter..still lost 14kgs.. without any yoga, exercise etc..just eat whatever u want during 8 hrs chosen as per ur convience and fast rest 16 hrs..take nothing except plain water, coconut water.. that's all

So relatable..... I am pursuing CS and my hometown is also Amravati...and I also did suffer from fracture which was in my fabula....due to this i did gain more weight comparatively....i used to watch satvic movement's all videos for a healthy lifestyle but i was so addictive with junk food and a very unhealthy lifestyle...but after some couples of week i decided it finally that no more ignorance towards healthy lifestyle and a perfect body weight......and I'm following Satvic's guidance and dr.
