Loose 5kg in 1 months 1- make breakfast simple 2- Don’t snack 3- eat plant based foods 4- walk 10k steps everyday 5- workout for at least 20 mins in the morning 6- set reminders
I am going to do follow these steps for the next month. I am starting on 11 September 2024. Please like this video so i can stay consistent. I will do an update after a month
Managed to shaved off 16kg in 65 days. The physical stuff is roughly as what is recommended here. But it is best to push it a bit if you have time to burn. Brisk walking to around 12k-15k. Workout for one hour (just move you whole body) with breaks and you should be fine. I am 109kg now targeting 80kg by October this year. Oh yeah but the food part, my daily diet consists of only eggs and cheese :) The secret is WILL POWER, SELF-DISCIPLINE & drink a lot of water. That's all there is to it. And if possible do as much as you can in the morning (5am-8am) like what Brian said. Your success rate will be higher.
@@syednizamsheerazi5043 can't speak for him but back in 2019 my diet was eggs, cheese, water, club soda and sparkling water from Walmart along with an occasional bologna and cheese mayo sandwich. I've lost 9-11 lbs consistently every month. This was back in 2019 tho. I'm currently losing weight and went from 370.8 down to 368.4 lbs so far.
I just finished the six-week program and lost 15 pounds and 6 inches off my waist. The plan really does work! I'll post before and after pictures on Instagram when I have a chance.
I'm not done with the challenge and I didn't follow it perfectly (sorry Brian) but I still lost 10 lbs. Hoping for two more by next week. It's definitely possible.
Great, man. That's similar to What Im doing now. It helps me lose around 3pounds in one week; 2meals in the midlle of the day. Fasting 3h after I wake up and 5h before sleep. It's like intermittent fasting 16/8, including the 8 hour of sleeping. 2- Walking 30 min and do some push ups 😂 throughout the day, also the stretching exercices for my back pain in the morning.
Fasting 8 hours a day (not included sleeping) seems like an overdo maybe have three meals fast 3 hrs before sleep and about 45 mins - an hour of exercise everyday (walking not incuded)if you dont have time to do all that then get 10,000 steps then you can just aim for a bit lower like 8 or 7 thousand. And dont forget make sure to eat nutritious food. That should make you lose atleast 4kg in a month
I have been trying to lose 10lbs since last year. I lose 5 get looking at myself in the mirror go reward myself and gain 10 lbs back. I wrote down all these tips. I have already started my weight is 162 so stay tuned.
Hi, Thank you so much @BrianSyuki because of your video i got clarity why i use to lose weight before and not now (even if i am calorie deficit), i use to walk 10k steps before.. Gonna restart my weightloss journey again!!
Trying this challenge on Monday, April 29. Will come back May 29 and let y’all know. Maybe even an update in between. Excited and nervous but I’m gonna do it! 💪🏾🙌🏾
I'll have to adjust this for my own personal limitations since i have physical disabilities that keep me from comfortably walking long distances or for long periods of time (pots, eds, and chronic pain from injuries in both my legs) but hopefully keeping with what I can do can help me not only lose weight but build up the physical capabilities to do things like 10k steps and 20 minutes of working out
I've tried so many times to lose the last 10lb but nothing seems to work. I am going to set reminders and do my best to follow your advice. Thank you coach Brian!!!!!!!!!!
Brian, thank you for these simple but amazing tips. Setting reminder is an important tip. Weight lose usually shows on the face, it shrinks or sags. Can this be avoided?

Thank you very much for all your workouts and diet recomendations. If I decide to do a 20 minutes walk (chosing one of your wourkouts) early in the morning (~ 06:30 a.m.), what you recommend to eat/drik previously?
Moving in the hour and on the hour is very key. Just working out for 20 mins or even one hour a day and being sedentary for the remaining part of the day will change so little. This video is really good if you want to lose lots of weight.

Hello, I have a question. I would be able to do everything except workout because most weekdays I am waking up at 5:15 to get ready for work leaving at 5:45. I come home around 5pm feeling drained. I do a lot of walking at work so that will cover many steps but I would not be able to workout unless it is the weekend. Is this alright?
Hi brian !! I would like to purchase your 6 weeks challenge but unfortunately my country is not available in options . Pakistan. How to go about it then .
I am stuck at around 76 kgs body weight (6' height) at around 19% body fat. I have tried for a month eating at 1650 calories per day with adequate protein and 10-15k steps and a weight lifting routine. I only lost 800 grams. I want to reach 12% body fat within 4 weeks but I am not feeling positive about it. What should I do?
Did you get a solution bro? I am like exactly facing same problem. As you, same weight too, plus results too. Is it probably harder for us to lose more in a shorter time maybe?? Since I am just like 2 to 3kgs overweight on a BMI scale.
Nice video -we pakistani eat wheat tortillas in every meal you don’t tell about that-but I understand that we can eat lintel and chickpeas and beans because we don’t stay without carbs so please tell me know what to eat for carbs thanks
Keep local food. Maybe reduce roti, paratha and rice a little. Example: If you eat 2 roti, reduce to 1. If you eat 4 scoops of rice, reduce to 2. Dont remove carbs completely. Just reduce and Increase vegetables, lentils and chickpeas.
