Followed this diet plan by combining it with intermittent fasting.... I reduced 2.5 kgs in 10 days. These food options are sustainable and we need not reduce weight painfully by eating salads only.

Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is. For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I have tried to calculate the calorie and protein for the first day which comes to 830cal and only 23gm protein which as per my understanding is very low. Just 23gm of protein where all of you say it is very important to have high protein diet for body.
If you want to calculate then take weekly avg of everything. We believe in long term results. 1 day can’t suffice everything. It’s a balanced meal plan. PS: don’t forget about sattu drinks, milk, buttermilk etc in your calculations 😊

You know, the point is, we have intentionally not added any supplements to keep the plan accessible for everyone. Also it’s a veg meal plan for fat loss. So everything has to be balanced 😊
Yes, u r right. Even their high protein diets have less than 15% protein. U may want to add protein powder with it to have additional 23-24 his of protein specially if u r vegan or vegetarian.
Ma'am is it actually possible to lose weight by just working out? Control yr carbs and increase intake of salad ,do minfull eating,chew a bite for 32 times,try to eat homemade food,workout for 30 min walk,dance,swim any form of aerobic u ll have great health and u ll loose weight permanently and have great metabolism
It is definitely possible to loose 10 kgs..but don't try to do it in one go take your time do it slowly and over time so that you don't have loose skin overall. I too have the same problem but I'm improving daily and so can you.

Curd & fruit, milk & fruits also mixed fruits are viruddh aahaar! It ruptures the inner layer of intestines! Always hv dm separately & one at a time! As far as I remember we can add only banana to milk, nit very sure..

And I don’t like Shop bought oily rotis in USA ---so can I have Kinua instead? 2) I can’t squeeze Lemons & if I buy from shop, it’s full of Preservatives 😢. I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

I have tried to calculate the calorie and protein for the first day which comes to 830cal and only 23gm protein which as per my understanding is very low. Just 23gm of protein where all of you say it is very important to have high protein diet for body.
If you want to calculate then take weekly avg of everything. We believe in long term results. 1 day can’t suffice everything. It’s a balanced meal plan.
PS: don’t forget about sattu drinks, milk, buttermilk etc in your calculations 😊

Yes, u r right. Even their high protein diets have less than 15% protein. U may want to add protein powder with it to have additional 23-24 his of protein specially if u r vegan or vegetarian.

Ma'am is it actually possible to lose weight by just working out? Control yr carbs and increase intake of salad ,do minfull eating,chew a bite for 32 times,try to eat homemade food,workout for 30 min walk,dance,swim any form of aerobic u ll have great health and u ll loose weight permanently and have great metabolism
It is definitely possible to loose 10 kgs..but don't try to do it in one go take your time do it slowly and over time so that you don't have loose skin overall. I too have the same problem but I'm improving daily and so can you.
