- Welcome to your 20 min daily yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on the essential postures to build strength and improve your mobility in a mindful way.
This full body sequence includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to every day.
The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and twists. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

Hi Charlie!! I love watching your videos & get so motivated to do it but I have a problem in bending my knees, like when u started the yoga by folding your knees & leaning forward & breathing deep, i couldn’t do so, is there any alternative to that or any technique by which i can bend differently??

Today marks 100 days of me doing yoga every single day after more than a decade of trying to get into it. I always knew it was something I wanted to do properly, but I could never find an instructor with a teaching style I clicked with. But now I have! I'm blind, and I just want to say thank you so much for being so descriptive. Oftentimes, people will either do yoga videos completely silently or with very little information. Yours is the only yoga channel I support because you give enough information for me to follow along.

Who else loves her yoga sessions. It’s so much easier to keep going when following her. I used to get bored and loose motivation, until I did this. 1. I started following workout channels and now enjoy doing yoga even though I hadn’t done this before . 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. And now I love the mix of both ! 💪🏼

After three years of doing yoga nearly every day and sometimes twice a day I was diagnosed with cancer this year. I've been struggling to maintain balance, mobility loss, severe joint pain and just general inaccessibility. Yoga is what I lean on to feel stable and so now I've decided I'll show up and if nothing happens but some time on the mat with myself that's what I'll gratefully receive. A decade ago I was a yin yoga teacher. Life threw me some curves and I fell out of a daily practice, to a weekly practice, to no practice for the past 4 years. Your 20 minutes of flow are exactly what I need to get back into it! I cast your vids on my TV screen. My first goal is 20 days of consecutive practice. Love the forest setting, I can practically smell the trees and feel their healing energy. Namaste 🙏

Such a calming flow Thank you, Charlie. I can fold my hands at the back but I can't lift them very high. Do you have any advice on how I might be able to lift the arms higher up towards the ceiling? I like that your flows offer more than just fundamental poses, they are quite challenging but that's exactly what I am looking for. Great work
Hey honestly I really struggle with this as my elbows have a tendency to hyperextend so I’m probably not the best person to give advice on this particular pose

Charlie I adore your yoga videos. They are so calming and perfectly balanced. I'm sure you have been asked this a million times, but here's one more time... are these workouts how you stay in such great shape or do you add cardio, weights, ect? I'm healing my body and mind and through this process, my body has gained some weight, part of me feels desperate to get rid of it BUT the truer part says to be patient and allow your body to heal. God bless you sweet sister and thank you for putting these out for us to follow.

I am very active because it's my job so I think that contributes, but I also run 3-4x a week and do the occasional workout. I used to have terrible acne so I'm careful with what I eat too which also helps me stay lean. I wish you all the best on your healing journey and hope you can find a happy place 🙏
