Hi Crystal. I use bigen black. I wash and use conditioner 1st. It turned my hair green. Why? What can I do?
I apply Vaseline to the scalp as well as a protection.

Thanks for the video I learned a lot I didn't know that you have to do the roots first I thought the roots get hotter so you do it last I also didn't know that using a brush could save you some color I've always used the bottle and I always got three boxes of color because I have a lot of hair and it's long

Thank you for this video! This was very educational. I went to a salon for a rinse and I see no color in my hair. Two things were done wrong. She shampooed twice after the rinse and used deep conditioner after as well. This was my first time ever adding color to my hair, and everyone keeps trying to tell me that my hair just doesn’t take color which I refuse to believe! It’s been a week since initial application, so I’m going to redo it myself at home. This video is perfect because coincidentally, I’ll be using Bigen color too. 💕

I deep condition my natural hair with Queen Helene cholesterol. Should I do a protein treatment instead? I'm afraid the protein treatment will break my hair.
Thank you for this. Now I see why the honey brown wasn't making it lighter. I was trying to avoid permanent coloring just to add some lighter color, but I know it doesn't lift. Thank you. Needless to say, the brown doesn't cover my gray.😫

You didn’t say if you should go under the hair dryer during the deep conditioning phase.., I will definitely not miss this step, However should I go under the hair dryer or not??
I use serum in my hair and I notice semi color and I use the serum on my scalp and rub in my hair and it come out bbn on hands,the color

How do I avoid over processing and causing hair to become jet black after coloring with semi-permanent color?
This is exactly how I do my coloring but I thought on one of your videos with a client I seen you put on plastic wrap on for stubborn gray and let it sit. Does this work with this coloring, too?
The plastic cap helps generate heat so it helps with the process. Also, keeps color from running off of your hair onto other things.
None of these semi/demi/ perm colors worked on my grey strands. If you use hair oils or moisturizers it takes the color off even faster. So thankful I am free from using all these products & relaxers - no matter how well you take care of your hair so you think - time will show the damage to your scalp & strands - pay attention. Went natural 10 months ago/transitioned for 9 & was the best decision I could of made for my scalp & strands. I am finally free & finally accepting of my natural healthy hair & my coils are just beautiful. So grateful...
If that is the case why are you watching a video of relaxer. There are plenty of natural hair videos just search on utube.

Applied color (Beigen Oriental Black) 3 weeks ago to my hair for gray coverage now hair is falling not just shedding, damaged, and breaking off. Will not be using product anymore but any suggestions as to how to repair/strengthen my hair and stop the breakage?
Try using Adore semi permanent hair dye. I haven't used Beigen because I'm afraid of allergic reaction. I think the Adore dye is also vegan. Not quite sure. But it works well
Clairol semi-permanent is great for hair. Get the bottle with bronze colored top. Doesn't break hair.

You would benefit from a vegetable base hair color system. You can Google for the best product and give it a try.

CRYSTAL, YOU DIDNOT MENTION ADDING A DEVELOPER TO THE BOTTLE OF COLOR SO IS IT ALREADY MIXED OR WHAT?
Ms AmericanHorse it’s already mixed, it’s a semi permanent color, so you apply it
right out of the bottle, just follow directions on the bottle for processing time
