Because of you I change my entire hair routine. I habe very thick, dense and voluminous 3c/4a hair. Due to thyroid issues and a chronic Vitamin D deficiency, I almost fell victim to alopecia, had bald spots and very thin, brittle hair. I decided to not give up on my hair and thank GOD I didn't! I prayed, and did some research and found your channel. I stopped using all of these shampoos, cowashes, deep conditioning and stuff. Now my routine is: I "shampoo" with Sidr powder, I do a henna+bhringraj treatment and follow up with a diy avocado+mayonnaise+honey mask. For styling I use Rosemary Water, Giovanni's Castor Oil Leave in Conditioner, Pumpkin Seed Oil and Camille Rose Curl Maker. My hair is flourishing now and is very healthy, full and almost bra length again🥰 GOD bless& thank you so much because you're not only sharing some growth tips, you really empower a lot of women🌠

Oh wow, excellent job on your hair routine! I'm using Sedr (Zizyphus Powder) too. I too have thyroid issues and I take immunosuppressants which effects the hair. @@terrynhemken5635 sidr powder (same as qasil powder) contains natural saponin which cleanses your hair. You just add two cups of lukewarm or warm water with 2 -3 tbsp of qasil powder, either whisk it until no clumps remain or you can blend it for a couple seconds, strain it with some socks or a very fine sieve. You can fill it up in an applicator bottle and it's ready to use🥰

she's right guys but addition onions also contain Quercetin which dilates the blood vessels and helps to stimulate that good good hair growth but the most nutritionally dense part of thin skin vegetables are the skin I chop my onions smaller with the skin n boil with 3 teabags and some dried rose petals and coffee,I use this to dilute my Shea moisture shampoo in a squuezy bottle cover the bottom with shampoo and the rest with my liquid mixture, and no smellll this recipe is powerfullllll I rinsed out with rice water then deep conditioned amazinnnnnnnnn soft hair and stopped my shedding in tracks,I also felt my scalp buzzing and tingling from being stimulated in the night time so I know that mixture was heavy duty !!

It is so refreshing to learn about the different ingredients that are helpful in making my hair grow. I have seen the damage wigs can do to the natural hair. Hello! I just did a white onion treatment today! I mixed in some lavender essential oil which helped a little bit. Onion is very potent!! Anyway, the first time I used it(2 weeks ago), I put it on two balding (receding hairline) spots near my forehead. Within four or five days, I noticed that one of the spots is completely filled in!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The other spot is filling in nicely, hence my second application of the onion juice.

I add MSM on my hair masks, clay, herbal and tea rainses basically everything I just let it desolve completely before using it, it made a big difference in my hair it's even better and quicker result then onion. My hair was falling a lot so I decided to use 1 tbsp of MSM in my mask and from the first use my hair stopped falling and now I could count the hair that falls which is very few and normal and it made my hair stronger. I used onion , but it took so long to give results more then a month plus the strong smell and eye burn it wasn't worth it. I even use MSM on my diy face mask and it's amazing for skin I take it enternally and externally (once a week is more then enough to give great results) and both work great.

Honest experience here, not to deter anyone but I remember doing this and my hair had a severely pungent onion smell for a month. Had to wash it everyday, which for me was counter intuitive because I wanted to grow my hair… My opinion, it’s not for really thin hair or oily scalp as it’s very strong and it will over produce oil. Not many people can use essential oils, I’m allergic to citrus and certain oils. But I agree again, if it works for you with no issues, Go for it 👏 more power to you ✨
